Frank Crigler has been an HVAC professional
for over 35 years. His expertise lies in
Hydronics, Geothermal and all things zoning.
Until joining Honeywell last fall, Frank owned
his own HVAC business for twenty years.

David Hoskyn is a Regional Trainer for Navien
America, Inc. with over 25 years of industry
experience. He began his career working for his
father’s plumbing and heating business servicing
and installing plumbing systems, HVAC, and
hot water heat systems. After college, he began
working for a plumbing and heating distributor
in inside sales, technical support and as a branch
manager.
Dunkirk
Jason Mangos is a Field Support Representative
who has spent 20 years in the hydronic industry.
He was previously employed as Technical Support
Leader for a Manufacturer’s Representative
Agency as well as National Technical Trainer for
another boiler company. He currently serves on
the Education Committee for OESP, is a NATE
certified trainer, and is well-versed in hydronic
systems, condensing and conventional boilers.
Munch’s Supply
Preston Meints first learned the trade from his
father while still in high school. He then joined
the military and specialized in military heating
and air and received his degree in the HVACR
Technology and Engineering program. When
he returned home, he worked for the largest
Trane dealer in the country as the Installation
Supervisor. He joined IR as a Trane Field Service
Rep in 2013 then joined the Munch team in 2015.
Prokup Media
Mike Prokup is the president of Prokup Media
Inc. Prokup Media publishes books as well as
educational and diagnostic software for use in
the HVACR industry. Michael has 20 years of
experience in HVAC training development, field
service and speaking. He is an approved training
ally and publishing partner with both Trane and
American Standard.
Honeywell
Monique Rub joined Honeywell in the Chicago
area right out of college. Her career path
includes OEM sales, national accounts and
regional management. Monique is committed to
helping distributors help our contractors grow
profitably and keep up with technology.

Doug Hoffman is an Aprilaire District Business
Manager. He holds a Master’s Degree in marketing
and sales as well as an Engineering Degree in
mechanical engineering. He has also been an
award-winning In-Home Comfort Advisor and is an
Illinois ACCA member and a NATE-certified trainer
in indoor air quality products. Doug specializes in
“reality sales training” that emphasizes overcoming
buying objections and asking for the sale.
Triangle Tube

for Triangle Tube. He has a degree in Mechanical
Engineering and has been in the plumbing and
heating business for over 30 years working for
AO Smith, Weil-McLain & Triangle Tube. He has
designed products for the water heating and boiler
industries and has also been a product manager.

John Wuich
John Wuich is the Aprilaire District Business
Manager for the Chicagoland market. A former
past Illinois ACCA chapter president, John has
been a successful HVAC business owner and
still holds his active contractor’s license. He is
certified in air balancing and ventilation as well
as a NATE-certified trainer in indoor air quality
products. He has a strong understanding of
IAQ product performance, application, and
installation and is also versed in in-home
selling strategies and techniques.

will be discussed. Understanding diagnostic error codes will also be

the air conditioning manufacturer? Join us and learn the limits of
the refrigeration cycle, line-set applications, air volume, compressor
and refrigerant/oil/moisture limits along with the service procedures
