CHURRASCO – BRAZILIAN CHRISTMAS PARTY CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS THE BRAZILIAN WAY! Do you know „Churrasco“ or „Rodízio“? We are introducing the Brazilian Barbecue to you! A selection of 5 different types of meat will be grilled on spits until the meat is tender and juicy. Once ready, the meat will be sliced in small pieces directly from the spit onto your plate. This serving technique is called Rodízio, refering to the ancient latin word for circle. This illustrates the continuing rotation of the spits – from the barbecue grill to the table and back. As side dishes rice, peas, Farofa (roasted manioc flour), vinaigrette with tomato and onions, cut in small pieces and stirred into the dressing are served plus several kinds of salad, all presented on a big buffet. Finally grilled pineapple and delicious coconut pudding will be served for dessert. Unique, tasty and genuine Brazilian. Non-alcoholic drinks will be offered, as well as beer, wine and of course the famous Caipirinha. This cocktail consists of smashed limes, Cachaça (a hard liquor, made of sugar cane), some sugar and a lot of crushed ice.
