LINCOLN CENTRE SMOKING POLICY
As requested by many tenants, the Lincoln Centre smoking policy will be more strictly enforced going
forward. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please smoke only in the designated smoking areas shown on the map above. New signage and ashtrays have been installed in each designated smoking
area. The smoking policy guidelines apply to both E-Cigarettes and Cigarettes. Thank you in advance
for your cooperation.
The Lincoln Centre smoking policy is as follows:
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. These areas are located under the Sky Bridge and west of
the pond. Smoking cigarettes and E-cigarettes are prohibited inside the building.

Washington Federal has recently opened a
Texas Commercial Real Estate office in Lincoln Centre. The Bank named Tony Barnard
as Senior Vice President and Texas Commercial Real Estate Manager to oversee all
the commercial real estate lending activities
through the state. Also joining this seasoned
team is Brice Bolen, Elise Giles and Chad
Falknor. This group specializes in senior
debt finance including income producing
and owner occupied real estate, multi-family residential, homebuilder interim finance
as well as land development lending. The Bank was established in 1917
with headquarters in Seattle, Washington
and has over 253 branches throughout eight

“Inspiring the Visionaries of Tomorrow”
Many of us will have out of town guests
during the summer, or one may be trying to think of how to entertain the children in all of the heat. The Perot Museum
of Nature and Science located in Victory
Park, near Downtown Dallas is said to be a
"world of wonder" by The Dallas Morning
News. Passing the test of school children,
inspiring curiosity in all ages and boasting
as a living science lesson, this new Museum
has much to offer everyone.
Five floors of the Perot Museum
house 11 permanent exhibit halls containing state-of-the-art video and 3D computer
animation with thrilling, life-like simulations where visitors can exercise their
brains through hands-on activities, interactive kiosks and educational games. The
extraordinary building and outdoor space
serves as a living science lesson, offering
provocative illustrations of engineering,
technology and conservation.
The lower level of the cube houses
a state-of-the-art, modular traveling exhibit hall; an education wing with six learning labs; a flexible space auditorium; and a
children's museum including outdoor play
space and a courtyard.
The plinth level houses the Main
Lobby complete with a 35-foot Malawisaurus fossil; access to a roof deck; the Café;
a 298-seat, multimedia 3D theater; and the
Museum Shop.
At this time, “The World’s Largest
Dinosaurs” is a special exhibit continuing
through the summer. Picture four city buses, parked bumper to bumper, and you’re
looking at the body and tail of a single enormous dinosaur, supported by four sturdy
legs as wide and as tall as trees! That’s about
the size of some of The World’s Largest Dinosaurs — the super-sized sauropods that
thrived on Earth for approximately 140
million years.

for any time. In order to attend The World’s
Largest Dinosaurs, it will be necessary to
purchase a special ticket to that exhibit.
