PARKING NEWS
Lincoln Centre was
pleased to have announced in last
month’s newsletter
that Lincoln Centre
has increased its occupancy rate from
80% to 90% in the
past 12 months. Last
year, there was additional parking, but with the increase in occupancy, it is necessary that everyone parks in the
assigned space or area. Starting February 1, 2013,
Jessica Beltran, our parking coordinator, will begin the process of assigning parking permits to
all existing tenants. We have already started this
with all new tenants as you may have noticed in
the garages. She will start with giving permits to
all tenants with reserved spaces, and then continue one building at a time with unreserved
and surface lot parkers. This is to ensure, with
the growing number of tenants, that all are parking where they should as the garages and surface
lots will be tight. The colors will be given out as
follows: Black=Reserved, Blue=Non-Reserved,
Green=Surface Lot, and Red=Rooftop Parkers
(certain tenants). During this process, we also
ask for updated vehicle information as the details
need to coincide with the permits assigned. Jessica
will notify you when she starts assigning permits
to your company. Please feel free to contact her

The Dallas Stars have agreed to give Lincoln Centre tenants one game a month at
a discounted rate. The games for February

HRI’s third annual 5K Run for Human
Rights will be on April 13, 2013 at 8:30
a.m., at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas. This
event honors the annual International Day
for the Right to Truth. Remember to save
the date, start training, and check for any
updates on the 5K website, www.runforhumanrights.org. Go to the website to register
for the race! If you’re interested in supporting the 5K, either as a sponsor or through
