inspection industry
Smartcheck is the first print inspection program providing support
for 64-bit OS and multi-core, multi-processor platforms with DDR
SDRAM of up to 16 GB. With the thread-based programming
technique, Smartcheck can use the enormous processing
capability based on 64-bit platform to automatically achieve
parallelization in data processing, consequently speed up
inspections and increase productivity.

According to the different print features, various inspection
algorithms are developed and launched as a tools package which
includes modular algorithms for the inspecting or measuring
of characters, registration, foil stamping print, embossing
print, numbers, colors, sealing lines, and many more. Special
algorithms for specific requirements from customers can be
developed and integrated into Smarcheck software.
Easy-to-use wizard interface for users
Parameter setting and images training (modeling) are
interactively achieved in a step-by-step manner with the help

A heartbeat system is employed in Smartcheck software
to monitor the running status of an inspection machine,
detect problems occurred in subsystems, and automatically
recover from malfunctions. Machine vision software with a
heartbeat feature can keep an inspection machines working
reliably in harsh environments where EMI may impact the
equipment, and make the inspection running non-stop on

MVColor uses line array multispectral cameras to grab images of printing products from 12 channels. By analyzing the
images, the system computes the color with high precision and outputs the inspection results.

DH-FH100 is an inline inspection system working
together with folding-gluing machines to read
bar code on every pack to find out the confusion
