The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel is conveniently located next
to Myrtle Beach’s Entertainment District and is only minutes from one of
America’s most pristine beaches, terrific shopping, championship golf courses,
sparkling entertainment venues and sumptuous food for every appetite. The hotel
is easily accessible by interstate and highways. By car it is approximately 70 miles
from Interstate 95 and The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only 3 miles
away. The ease of both air and land travel guarantees visitors arrive ready to enjoy
all the Grand Strand offers!

The facility boasts more than adequate space for us to host our competitions,
activities and events with its 36,000 square foot exhibit hall and multiple
ballroom sections that provide more than 17,000 square feet of space for special
events. In close approximation to the exhibit hall and ball room are 8 designated
meeting rooms for activities, meeting space and storage. The facility has the staff
and equipment to provide audio-visual, catering, utilities, telecommunications,
internet and security services to ensure our event is a success. In addition, several
acres of RV Parking have been identified for us.

Charleston, South Carolina. In this 300+ year old port city, the first stop will be the Visitor’s Center. Next follows a city
tour of the famous historical district with your guide highlighting the Battery Waterfront, Rainbow Row, Broad Street,
Four Corners of Law, U.S. Customs House, the Original City Market and more. Lunch is on your own in the City
Market District. Here a multitude of unique eating and shopping options await you. It is easily walkable and full of
delightful surprises. Next on the agenda is historic Boone Hall Plantation. Here the tour includes the magnificent
plantation home, its gardens and historic slave cabins providing a look into life on a plantation and the perfect
ending to a true Charleston experience. The Tour is approximately 9 hours from 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM on WEDNESDAY.
