Credit for up to two rooms per stay: You may earn Base point credit for up to
two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid on one folio.
Base point credit will be earned for all eligible folio charges incurred on both
rooms. Bonuses issued on Base points or total folio charges, including tier
bonuses (15%, 25% or 50%, depending on member tier) and double or triple
Base point promotions, will apply to the total Base point credit earned or folio
charges incurred for both rooms. For any other bonuses, including HHonors

How to Redeem Points for HHonors Hotel Rewards
HHonors members can redeem points for free hotel nights at more than 2,500
Hilton Family hotels worldwide, including Hilton,® Conrad,® Doubletree,® Embassy
Suites Hotels,® Hampton Inn,® Hampton Inn & Suites,® Hilton Garden Inn,®
Homewood Suites® by Hilton and Scandic hotels, based on the reward categories
below. It’s easy to see how many points you need for each night of your reward
stay. For example, one free night at an Opportunity Category hotel is 7,500
points; three nights at the same hotel is 22,500 points. For a directory of
Hilton Family hotels and their reward categories, please visit
hiltonhhonors.com/hotelcategory.
You can redeem your HHonors points online or via phone for any Standard hotel
or Point Stretcher® reward. Simply follow one of the options below.
Online:
1. Click on the “Reservations” link on hiltonhhonors.com.
2. Begin your reward availability search by area, Hilton Family hotel brand, date,
or Reward Code.
3. Upon completing your reward reservation, the points will automatically
be deducted from your account and you will receive both a reservation
confirmation number and reward confirmation ID, which must be presented
to the hotel at check-in.

1. HHonors membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors
Worldwide, LLC, and all interpretations of Programme Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole
discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to
add, delete, or change any of the rules, conditions, benefits, Rewards, Reward levels, and any other
aspect of the Programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
2. The HHonors programme is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and membership in
and application for membership is void if prohibited by law in the country of the member’s or
applicant’s domicile. Hilton HHonors will not be able to offer members benefits and rewards that are
prohibited by law, or only permitted if cash is offered as an alternative, in the member’s country of
residence.
3. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, has the right to terminate the Programme by providing written
notice to members six months in advance. In such event, your right to accumulate points and claim
Rewards can be terminated at the end of that period.
4. Only individuals may enrol in HHonors and members cannot maintain membership in or earn points
on multiple accounts.
5. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to discontinue HHonors membership for any
member who appears to be using the Programme in a manner inconsistent with the Programme
Terms and Conditions. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, also has the right to discontinue
membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with the law. Discontinued
membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of HHonors
Certificates, benefits and privileges.
6. The sale or barter of HHonors points, Certificates, Rewards or other benefits is prohibited and any
such benefits deemed by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, to have been transferred, sold or assigned
may be confiscated or cancelled.
7. Members who do not earn points in any six consecutive month period may be removed from the
active membership mailing list. Members who do not earn points in any twelve consecutive month
period may be removed from membership in the Programme unless a member reactivates under
terms and conditions as may be established by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC. Failure to reactivate
will result in the closure of the member’s account and the forfeiture of all accumulated points.
8. Accrued points and Certificates do not constitute property of the member and are not transferable in
the event of death, divorce or otherwise by operation of law. Points and Certificates accrued by
Mutual Fund and Senior HHonors® members may be used by either spouse listed on the account.
9. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible for changes or discontinuances of Partner
services, which may affect Programme Rewards, accrual of points or devaluation of Certificates.
10. HHonors points and Rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure to
taxing authorities, connected with the receipt or use of points or Rewards is the responsibility of the

13. HHonors Amenities. A number of services and benefits (“amenities”) are available to HHonors members
at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, and the individual participating hotel.
14. Hotels may reserve credit against a guest’s credit card for costs of services in addition to applicable
room rates. By using Zip-In Check-In® or Expedited Check-In, a member consents to such reservation
of credit by the hotel.
Accrual of Points
1. HHonors points for qualifying hotel stays can be earned only at participating HHonors hotels which
are subject to change at any time without notice. For a current list of participating hotels, visit
www.hiltonhhonors.com, or contact the HHonors Customer Service Centre nearest you.
2. To earn HHonors points for hotel stays, a member must be a registered paying guest at a
participating HHonors hotel. Members may also earn points for eligible charges to the Hilton
HHonors® Platinum Credit Card from American Express® or Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card
from Citibank USA,® Hilton HHonors® Platinum Credit Card, or the Hilton HHonors® Visa Card from
Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. Visit www.hiltonhhonors.com for details.
3. A “stay” is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same participating hotel,
whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again.
4. Members may earn points as set forth in the HHonors Member Guide or at www.hiltonhhonors.com.
Points awarded for stays at participating hotels outside the US will be based on local currency (excl.
VAT) converted to US dollars at a rate of exchange to be determined by Hilton HHonors. Charges in
connection with banquets or other catering functions are not eligible for point accrual. Members
cannot accrue more than 100,000 Base points during one stay.
5. Base points are defined as the 10 points per dollar earned for eligible hotel charges, exclusive of any
promotional or other type of bonus points offer. Members will earn 10 HHonors Base points for every
eligible U.S. dollar (or other currency equivalent) charged to an individual member’s hotel bill (“folio”)
for qualifying stays at participating Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hilton Garden
Inn and Hilton Grand Vacations Club hotels. Members will earn 10 HHonors Base points for every
eligible U.S. dollar (or other currency equivalent) spent on room rate only for eligible rate stays at
Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels. At Scandic hotels,
members will earn 1,000 HHonors Base points per night. “Double Base points” means you will
receive bonus points equal to the number of Base points earned during a stay, and “Triple Base
points” means you will earn bonus points equal to two times the number of Base points earned
during a stay. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification (ex.
“Double Base point” or “Triple Base point” promotions).
6. Any points offered in conjunction with a specific hotel stay will be considered earned only when the
stay has been fully paid.
7. Members residing in countries where the employer’s permission is necessary to use for a private
purpose earnings accrued in the course of employment are responsible for obtaining such consent.
HHonors earnings are void where prohibited or restricted by local law.
HHonors Partner Bonus Points
1. Partner bonus points are awarded for car rentals with participating car partners in connection with an
eligible stay. Plus, certain car rental partners allow you to earn partner bonus points whenever you
rent, even if not in conjunction with a stay. Visit www.hiltonhhonors.com for the list of partners
offering this benefit.
Airline Programme Mileage
1. HHonors members may receive frequent flyer mileage credit with participating airline partners for
stays at eligible rates. Visit www.hiltonhhonors.com for full Terms and Conditions concerning airline
programme mileage credit.
HHonors Mutual Fund
Effective 1 April 2004, new HHonors Mutual Fund accounts are no longer available. HHonors members who
have a Mutual Fund account as of 31 March 2004 will continue to receive HHonors Mutual Fund benefits.
1. HHonors Mutual Fund is available to legally married couples to enable them to combine point
earnings toward Rewards and/or to combine their stay/point earnings toward special promotion
qualifications or VIP qualification.
2. Either spouse acting alone may use any or all accumulated points to request a Reward for which the
account has sufficient points, and Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible for disagreements
or disputes between members regarding points accumulated in the Mutual Fund account.
3. In the case of the death of a member, points in the Mutual Fund will go to the surviving spouse. In
the event of dissolution of marriage, 50% of the accumulated points will go to each member
provided that documentation acceptable to Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is presented.
2. Once a member attains a tier level, it will remain in effect through the end of the subsequent
calendar year. Full details of Silver VIP, Gold VIP, or Diamond VIP membership will be mailed to the
member upon attaining the applicable tier level.
3. Tier status can be earned only at participating HHonors hotels which are subject to change at any
time without notice. For a current list of participating hotels, visit www.hiltonhhonors.com or ring
the HHonors Customer Service Centre nearest you.
4. Any earnings towards tier status offered in conjunction with a specific hotel stay will be considered
earned only when the stay has been fully paid.
Reward Redemption
1. A member must have sufficient points in his/her account to qualify to redeem a Reward. A member
may purchase a minimum of 10,000 points at a cost of US$.01 per point. If a member purchases
under 10,000 points in any one transaction, the cost is US$.0125 per point or US$12.50 per 1,000
points. Points may be purchased in 1,000-point increments. Members may purchase up to 40,000
bonus points per calendar year online. Visit www.hiltonhhonors.com for full details.
2. Rewards are non-transferable once issued and will be void if transferred in violation of this rule.
Points cannot be purchased in conjunction with Instant Redemption.
3. Rewards will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
4. All Rewards are subject to restrictions. For full Terms and Conditions of Reward redemption, including
restrictions upon the use of the Reward, visit www.hiltonhhonors.com.
5. Reward usage is subject to capacity controls established by participating hotels, airline and car rental
partners, and other HHonors partners. In addition, usage of Rewards may be limited during certain
times of the year. Visit www.hiltonhhonors.com for a list of current Reward Blackout Dates.
Additional Blackout dates may be imposed without notice.
6. Travel Rewards are normally valid for one year from date of issuance; however, shorter validity
periods may be established by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, or participating HHonors partners.
7. Rewards cannot be combined with other rewards or promotions and cannot be redeemed for cash or
for anything else of value. Rewards are not exchangeable once issued; however, they may be
redeposited to the original issuing account under certain circumstances.
8. HHonors Rewards are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
9. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to substitute Rewards at any time without notice
with an equivalent Reward as determined at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC.
10. Rewards do not include incidental charges which are the sole responsibility of the guest.
11. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may be redeemed only at participating gaming locations.
12. Members residing in countries where redemption of points for HHonors rewards or Partner rewards
is prohibited are not eligible for such rewards.
Hotel Rewards
1. There are seven classifications of Hilton HHonors hotel Rewards. Participating hotels and Reward
classifications may change at any time without notice at Hilton HHonors Worldwide’s sole discretion.

2. Valid Hotel Reward documentation must be surrendered at check-in.
3. For purposes of Reward redemption, a weekend night is defined as either Friday, Saturday or Sunday
night, unless otherwise specified.
4. No credit or substitutions will be given for any Rewards that are partially used.
5. HHonors Rewards are not commissionable to travel agents.
6. Recipients of special Rewards will be required to sign a release of liability and a statement permitting
the use of their name and/or photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
ValuePoint Food and Beverage Rewards, In-Room Movie Rewards and Free Night Rewards
1. These Rewards are available at a select number of participating HHonors hotels and are subject to
Terms and Conditions of use and certain restrictions. For full details of these Rewards, see

Earning Tier Status
1. Members may earn tier status based upon the number of qualifying stays or nights during a calendar
year. In addition, effective 1 January 2003, HHonors Base points earned will count toward Gold or
Diamond VIP tier qualification. At Scandic hotels, only qualifying nights and HHonors Base point
earnings count toward VIP status. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier
qualification (ex. “Double Base point” or “Triple Base point” promotions).

Your Agreement to Use Our Information About You
In order to make the HHonors Programme and any other frequency programme work, it is necessary
that we be able to share with many others the information that you provide about yourself through
your application, through your stays in hotels or exchanges with travel partners, through surveys or
forms on our website, through sweepstakes or contest entries, through verbal, written or electronic
requests for information, and through various other means. For example, such information will be
used to help direct you to the programmes that you may find useful or otherwise of value, such as
particular hotel, airline, car rental, frequent stay, marketing, consumer products or other offers. Much
of such information and its use, sharing, publication and distribution is also inherent in modern
electronic databases and communications, including the Internet and beyond the control of Hilton
HHonors Worldwide, LLC. By enrolling you consent to the transfer of your information to our
administrative centres in the United States and to other countries where our hotels are
situated. Further, if you provide us with sensitive personal data about you, for example health
and dietary information, you consent to our processing this information. You also consent that
we may share your information with our group companies, owners of participating hotels and
selected third parties and they or we may contact you for marketing purposes by post, fax,
telephone or e-mail. By participating in the HHonors Programme, you voluntarily, expressly and
knowingly agree to each and all of the Terms and Conditions of the HHonors Programme, including
specifically the terms of the section of the membership agreement with the same name (“YOUR
AGREEMENT TO USE OUR INFORMATION ABOUT YOU”). As an example, these terms provide that
