Crime On The Drive!
T
he Grandview-Woodland Community
Policing Centre (GWCPC) has worked to
keep the Commercial Drive neighbourhood
safe for 20 years. We now need your help in
solving a wave of petty crime on The Drive!
A larcenist crow is the main suspect in a
series of daring petty thefts from businesses
along Commercial Drive. We need your
help in identifying what was taken so the
police can build a case against this crooked
member of the Corvidae Family.
Play sleuth by visiting participating retail
stores to discover what the feathered filcher
pilfered. The stores can be identified by bird
tracks on the sidewalk and the Crow Poster
in the window.
Store staff will explain what was taken
and put a sticker on your card. Fill out
what was taken at that store. When you
have identified eight (8) stolen items and
collected eight stickers, return the card to
the CPC office. Each completed card will
receive a small prize and will be entered into
a draw for an adult or child grand prize.
Return the completed Crime Solver Card
to the GWCPC, 1977 Commercial Dr.
