New Year’s Eve
Dress to impress and celebrate the new year in style with
your closest family and friends with great surroundings,
entertainment and food.
Pre-dinner drinks will be followed by a delicious four-course
meal. Later in the evening the party really gets going with the
return of our famous party band ‘Galaxy’ and music from our
resident D.J who will keep you on the dance floor until 1am.

time the appropriate deposit of £10 per
person must be made to secure the

Should a booking deposit not be

payment at the stage of booking unless

The final balance is due by 21st November
2016. If you are making a booking within

Table layouts, table sizes and room plans
are at the discretion of the hotel, as this
is impacted by numbers attending each
event. We reserve the right to split larger
parties into smaller groups.

VAT is included in all quoted prices at the
prevailing rate (currently set at 20%).

Any reduction in numbers after payment
is received will not be refunded and
cannot be transferred to beverage or
accommodation.

We have the right to cancel or make
changes to any function at any given time,
you will be informed and will be offered an
alternative event or a refund.
●
The hotel must be informed of any dietary
requirements at least 10 days prior to the
event or function.
●
Out of courtesy to other guests, a smart
dress code will apply to all events.

We regret that aerosol sprays are not
permitted and neither do we allow guests
to bring or consume their own drinks.

The Hotel accepts no liability for any
damage or loss of personal possessions
howsoever caused (including those
deposited with the hotel).

Dinner service will begin promptly so
please arrive in good time so other guests
are not inconvenienced.

If a specific pre-order wine is unavailable on
