Jeder Clip wird einzeln in einer Membrandose verpackt. Die Umverpackung
aus Kartonage bietet zusätzlichen Schutz und gewährt einen sicheren
Transport des Clips.
Each clip is individually packed in a membrane box. The outer packaging assures additional protection and guarantees a safe transport of the clip.

Jeder Clip ist einzeln in einem speziell dafür entwickelten Blister verpackt.
Durch die Verpackung ist die Sterilität des Clips gewährleistet, sowie eine
einfache und schnelle Bereitstellung des Produktes möglich. Die Umverpackung bietet zusätzlichen Schutz und ermöglicht einen sicheren Transport.
Bei Bestellung steriler Aneurysmen Clips fügen sie bitte der Artikelnummer
ein „S“ hinzu (Bsp. S.65.750).
Each clip is individually packed in a specially-designed blister box. This way of packing
ensures the sterility of the clip as well as a quick placing of the goods at the disposal. The
outer packaging assures additional protection and guarantees a safe transport of the clip.
By ordering sterile Aneurysm Clips please add “S” to the part number (e.g. S.65.750).
Kennzeichnung
Labeling
Etiketten mit Angabe der Artikel- und Seriennummer gewähren eine eindeutige Identifikation des Clips. Zusätzliche Etiketten für jeden einzelnen Clip
können der Patientenakte beigefügt werden. Nähere Informationen zum
Produkt (z.B. Schließdruck, genaue Produktbeschreibung oder Öffnungsweite)
können dem Etikett der Sekundärverpackung entnommen werden.
Labels, showing the part number and serial number, assure a clear identification of each
clip. Additional labels can be attached to the patient’s records. Further information of the
product (e.g. closing force, product description or maximum opening) is printed on the
label of the outer packaging.

Seriennummer
Serial Number
Jeder Clip ist mit einer individuellen Seriennummer gekennzeichnet. Diese
gewährleistet eine Rückverfolgbarkeit des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses,
der Schließkraft und der Charge.
Each clip is marked with an individual serial number. The serial number guarantees a
detailed follow-up of the whole production process, the closing force and from the raw
material to the final product.
SchlieSSkraft
Closing Force
Mit Hilfe einer computergesteuerten Messeinrichtung wird die Schließkraft
bei einem Drittel der Maullänge und 1,0 mm Öffnung gemessen. Strenge
Qualitätskontrollen gewährleisten einen gleich bleibenden Schließdruck
innerhalb eines bestimmten Toleranzbereichs. Alle relevanten technischen
Daten werden gespeichert und auf einem Etikett ausgedruckt.
By using a computer controlled measuring equipment the closing force at one third of the
jaw length and an opening of 1.0 mm can be measured.
Strict quality controls assure a constant closing force within the tolerance range. All relevant technical data is stored during the control procedure and printed on the label.

Bügel Design
Link Design
Der lasergeschweißte Bügel sichert die präzise Führung der Branchen und ein
“weiches” Öffnen des Clips während des gesamten Spreizvorgangs. Die
Kontaktflächen der Branchen werden „über die gesamte Länge“ exakt symmetrisch geführt, was die zusätzliche Stabilität des Clips sichert. Das Bügeldesign begrenzt die maximale Öffnungsweite und verhindert eine Überbeanspruchung des Materials.
The laser welded link ensures the precise guidance of the jaws and a “soft“opening of
the clip during the whole spreading process. The contact surfaces of the jaws are guided
symmetrically in an exact way “over the whole length”. This fact guarantees an additional
stability of the clip. The link design limits the maximum opening and prevents an overstress of the material.

Das pyramidenförmige Maulprofil wirkt dem Slipeffekt wirksam entgegen.
Das Gewebe kann sich in die Struktur der Maulinnenfläche legen. Die Struktur
verdoppelt die Haltefläche und ermöglicht eine gleichmäßige Verteilung des
Drucks.
The pyramid formed profile of the jaw counteracts the slipping-effect effectively. The tissue
can fit into the structure of the inner surface of the jaws. This structure doubles the tissueholding area and enables an equably distribution of the pressure.

Material / MRI-Compatibility
Yasargil Aneurysmen Clips werden aus Titan gemäß ISO 5832-3 oder Phynox
gemäß ISO 5832-7 hergestellt. Beide Implantat-Werkstoffe entsprechen
höchsten qualitativen Ansprüchen. Alle Yasargil Aneurysmen Clips wurden
untersucht und sind MRT-kompatibel bis zu einer Feldstärke von 3 Tesla.

The Yasargil Aneurysm Clips are made of titanium according to ISO 5832-3 or Phynox
according to ISO 5832-7. Both materials for implants meet high quality requirements.
Every Yasargil Aneurysm Clip is tested and is therefore MRI-compatible up to a field
strength of 3 Tesla.
