Executive Summary
• The Sea Village MONEMVASIA is a Residential
Development located in southeastern
Peloponnese in the prefecture of Laconia near
the town of MONEMVASIA - one of the most

Introduction
• MONEMVASIA is one of the most upmarket,
second-home residential areas in Greece
within approximately 3-hours freeway drive
from Athens International Airport. This
region offers luxury and stunning
landscapes, rich history and culture,
pleasant climate and safety to the discerning
traveler. MONEMVASIA is very famous
around the world for its Medieval Castle
Town located on a Gibraltar-like rocky
island, accessible from the city by a bridge.
Today most of the old mansions and
