This mission ultimately encourages all employees to become fully engaged and able to bring their best to the workplace. We are devoted to developing awareness, cultural competence and inclusion by educating VA employees and enlisting their aid to create an acceptable workplace for everyone. The LGBT EEO Diversity Committee promotes understanding and education by offering information, resources, and referral services to employees and veterans.
