Group Purpose
Efforts
To create a supportive, inclusive workplace
for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender
(LGBT) VA Medical Center employees by
promoting understanding and acceptance
through education and public awareness.
This mission ultimately encourages all employees to become fully engaged and able to
bring their best to the workplace.
We are devoted to developing awareness,
cultural competence and inclusion by educating VA employees and enlisting their aid
to create an acceptable workplace for everyone. The LGBT EEO Diversity Committee
promotes understanding and education by
offering information, resources, and referral services to employees and veterans.
