ODYSSEY LUMINATOR EXPOSURE UNIT
The Luminator is an expandable exposure unit specially designed for the startup
shop on a budget. This unit has high output UV fluorescent bulbs that offer
balanced light distribution throughout. This system is compatible with direct
emulsion or capillary films that allow versatility in your stencil systems. It comes
standard with a 16 x 20" pressure pad to ensure even contact between your film
positive and your screen.

The Lumitron LED is the first model available from Workhorse’s all new line of LED
exposing units. This tabletop unit delivers fast, uniform and high resolution exposures
using long lasting LED light strips. In addition to the fast exposure times and fine line
detail, this unit will reduce your set up times, energy costs and overall cost of ownership.
Unlike expensive metal-halide bulbs that require regular replacements, run at high
temperatures and require startup and cool down time, the LED strips operate at much

HIX TT-180D EXPOSURE UNIT
The TT-180D is a great fit for small shops that perform spot
color printing where detail is not a major concern. Depending
on the sensitivity of the emulsion you use, you can still get fast
exposures with the bar lighting system consisting of six high
output actinic UV lamps. Light scatter has always been an issue
with bar lighting systems, but the deep draw blanket powered
by a 115 Volt vacuum pump
holds art and screen so tight
that any undercutting by light
is held to a bare minimum.

The Halux 1200 is HIX's answer to the needs of
the modern production shop. The Halux 1200
features the "Hot Restrike" metal halide lamp

The only bi-directional screen tension meter manufactured in the United States.
The only meter in the world with all stainless steel hardened gears, shock-proof
industrial grade internal gear movement and all jeweled sapphire bearings, giving
you a screen tension meter of exceptional quality that will last longer and produce
consistent readings every time. (All other mechanical meters have non-com
pound softer brass gears and bushing, greatly reducing their shock-resistance, longterm accuracy and life.) The crystal is shatterproff and curved to avoid glare and the

HIX MG-500 MUG GLAZER
The MG-500 Mug Glazer is essential to cure laser transfers onto a mug after they have been applied
with the mug press such as the HIX EP-565. There are also some limited inkjet/bubble-jet and thermal
wax transfers that are also essential to post cure.
Easy to operate, a mug is put into the Glazer where the heating element heats the mug from the
inside/out, melting the clear outer mug coating just enough to fuse the toner on the mug surface.
The MG-500 has an auto-reset electronic timer and start switch for easy use and consistent results.

HIX B-250 CAP MACHINE

HOPKINS/BWM FLASH CURE UNITS
The BWM/Hopkins REDAIR Flash Dryers are proven production heaters for surface curing
most inks on printed apparel as well as other substrates. Using a combination of infrared
(IR) energy and heated forced air, these units are designed to increase production output
quickly, safely, and economically! It works by drawing ambient room air into the top of
the IR panel through the fan. The energized IR panel super heats the air as the fan pushes
it through a network of holes and out the bottom of the panel and onto the substrate.

The SS Series automated screen washers help shops acheive benefits in productivity

DIAMOND SHORT CUT
The Diamond Short-Cut is the first precision, manual squeegee sharpener for squeegees
20” and under. This manual, tabletop unit copies the special design of Encore’s larger
sharpeners, allowing it to accommodate both hand-held and press-held squeegees. The
sharpener includes one indestructible diamond sharpening wheel that will sharpen any
durometer squeegee, and optional profiled wheels for shaped squeegees are available.

SERICOL NUMBERING STENCILS
This efficient numbering method allows you to direct screen print numbers on most fabrics without investing in expensive

Conap ConoCast Premium Squeegee Rubber
Conap Squeegee rubber is a premium urethane elastomer composition highly resistant
to abrasion, wear, chemical, solvents and most screen printing inks. They are completely
uniform in hardness throughout their length. This rubber is 3/8” x 2” and is sold by the inch. It
is available in VQ (brown) and SQ in 60, 70 and 80 durometer hardness’s.
Serilor® Premium Squeegee Rubber
Serilor® SR squeegee is a polyurethane blade with good combined resistance to chemicals and
abrasion. These blades are manufactured with a centrifugation process to avoid bubbles and
craters in the material and to bring optimal homogeneity to the compound, even at the core
of the material and after sharpening. It was developed to withstand the various applications
in screen printing.
The industry standard SR1 is an all purpose grade, your ideal choice for non critical abrasive
application or when using less aggressive inks. SR3 is recommended when high productivity
automatic printing equipment is used, Serilor® SR3 has a 92 durometer hard center layer for

Slick Scoop
The Slick Scoop is made from rigid aluminum with a polyethylene handle for a combination

Paper Thermometer Heat Tapes
These 5-Temp Thermolabel features five incremental temperature sensitive elements that
produce a non-reversible white to black color change at their rated temperatures. This provides
a clear indication of which temperature has been reached. The self-adhering indicators are
available in packages of 16 labels each. Labels are not waterproof and therefore cannot be used
with liquids or excessively high ambient humidity. Store in a cool, dry place.

THE ZSK J SERIES
The machines in the J (junior) series are based on a lightweight design concept. The advantages of this
design principle over standard production machines lie in its shorter overall length (from .085 "), lower weight
and the flexible installation permitted by castors on the machines. These allow it to be moved from one
location to another without external assistance.
The machines can be converted from standard to tubular goods or caps simply by manually moving
the work table. Cap, tubular or regular embroidery, all applications are possible. Change-over time from
regular embroidery to cap or tubular embroidery is simple and easy by just removing the table plates to a lower position. 15 colour
heads, big embroidery areas combined with a sewing speed of 1.000 stitches per minute are basis for economic success and
versatility. All machines are equipped with automatic trimmers as well as top and bottom thread sensors.
Increased embroidery fields with new cap frame.
The latest generation of cap frames allows large field embroidery up to 2.75" x 14.17", ideal for embroidering the front and side

The MAXI•PRESS AIR is an Automatic large format heat transfer press intended for more automated and higher pressure needs
than the Manual version. The MAXI•PRESS AIR provides an oversized platen & a better production-oriented press with a single front
loading table and high pressure pneumatic lifting system.
This pressure system is powered by a dual air-bag,
10-ton, 20,000 lbs max force self leveling mechanism.
