I have read the rules, completed this application and I am paying the
entry fee of $150.00 to the Greers Ferry Chamber of Commerce. In
signing this application, I hereby waive and release all contestants,
the host, sponsors and Tournament Officials from all claims of
injury and or damage incurred in connections with the tournament.
I further understand and agree that the Tournament Officials
reserve the right to refund this entry fee.

1. Preregister encouraged. An additional $20 late
fee will be charged for registering the day of
tournament.
2. All boats must launch at Devils Fork Park.
Trailering to weigh-in is permitted from official
launch site only.
3. Live well check will be at the entry to Devils Fork
launch,
4. No alcohol or illegal drugs prior to takeoff, during
tournament hours or at the weigh-in.
5. A tournament limit is 5 bass. Weigh in bags must
be tournament bag to weigh. Participant will pick
one big bass to weigh. Must have Boat Number
Chip to weigh in.
6. If you present more than 5 bass for weigh-in
officials will cull your sack down, starting with
the largest fish.
7. Kentucky Spotted Bass and Smallmouth must
measure a minimum of 12 inches. Largemouth
must measure at least 15 inches. Measured on a
flat board with mouth closed.
8. Short fish penalty is (1) pound deducted from your
total weight for each short fish. Short fish will not
be weighed.
9. Mutilated or otherwise altered fish will not be
weighed.
10.The penalty for dead fish will be as follows; 1 dead
fish= .5 lb, 2 dead=1 lb, 3 dead= 2 lbs, 4 dead=3 lbs,
5 dead=4 lbs.
11.Late penalty is (1) pound per minute late. After 10
minutes you will be disqualified.
12.Life jackets must be worn anytime the gas motor
is running.
13.No live bait.
14.No trolling with gas motor.
15.You may not leave the boat to make a cast or land
a fish. All fishing must be done from the boat.
16.No non-participants allowed in your boat during
tournament fishing hours unless you are helping
someone in distress.
17. Mechanical breakdowns. You may have another
participant bring your fish in. One partner must
ride in with the fish.
18.All US Coastguard, AG&FC, USCACE and lake
regulation must be obeyed.
19.Any protest must be made by the time the last
team weighs in.
20.Violation of any of the above could result in
disqualification. Tournament Director has final
determination.
21.Polygraph tests may be given.
22.Personal Conduct. All participants are expected
to follow high standards of sportsmanship and
professionalism. This applies both on and off the
water. Please be courteous to other participants.
It is in everyone’s best interest, both as bass
fisherman in general, the Greers Ferry Area
Chamber of Commerce and sponsors to represent
the event in a positive manner. If you have a
legitimate complaint, bring it to the attention of
one of the Tournament Director in private.
