The prevailing understanding is that the brick buildings are better than the prefabricated houses which are furnished with heat and
noise insulation as per the latest technology. Their insulation is equal to the one of nearly five rows of fourfold lattice bricks. The

MODERN HOUSES DESIGN
ENERGY SAVING PREFABRICATED HOUSES “EUROHOUSE”
The technology of construction of the prefabricated houses is based entirely on the dry construction and the time
limits for completion of a given project are between 30 and
60 days, depending on the dimensions and the complexity
of the building. The EUROHOUSE houses save energy – the
resistance factor at heat transfer through the walls and the
roof is K=0,17 W/m2. The costs for heat energy or cooling
are from 30 to 70 kWh/m2, which expressed in conditional
fuel is from 3 to 7 litre/m2 per year. Compared to the classic
construction, they are up to 70% lower. In order to obtain
similar effect at the traditional construction, the wall built of
bricks (fourfold lattice bricks) with plaster should be with
thickness of 140-160 cm or if it is built of gas concrete
blocks it should be with thickness of 100 cm.
Life of the houses under normal maintenance is more than 100 years.

wooden frame (skeleton) of a building with built-in continuous crossbeams and/or columns of the same

PANELS ON THE INNER AND OUTER WALLS
The panels are produced as polyurethane foam 40 mm thick is grouted or styrofoam 40 mm thick is placed
inside a specially shaped galvanized metal sheet. The outside surface of the galvanized metal sheet is
bilaterally treated by the powder coating method with thickness of 0,55 mm.
The inner lining can be decorated with MDF based wall panels. Furthermore the bungalows can be lined with
“Knauf-Rigips” – 12 mm. EUROHOUSE is the only company on the Bulgarian market which offers MDF- or
PVC-based wall panels, Click system, for bungalows.
FLOOR
by the longitudinal Fiber concrete slabs 22 mm, supported in both ends beams and in the middle by a shaped
steel profile with thickness of 160 mm, are installed on the horizontal frames. The additional strengthening
beams are placed in a way to bear the load of the equipment installed in the bungalow, which is arranged
longitudinally in the middle of the bungalow. Linoleum, laminated parquet
or another type of flooring as per your wish is used.
CEILING
Decorative ceiling with thickness of 12 mm with
styrofoam insulation 40 mm, ensuring heat transfer
coefficient of 0,32 W/m2, is constructed.
LININGS
INSTALLATION OF THE BUNGALOWS TO THE FOUNDATIONS
Concrete with height up to 10 cm is poured at the place where the bungalows
are to be installed, whereupon the bungalow is placed on the concrete base.
WINDOWS AND DOORS
The joinery of the bungalows is either wooden or PVC. The glasses are 5 mm
thick. The doors are according to BDS, wooden or PVC, with dimensions 90
cm / 210 cm, 70 cm / 200 cm and 80 cm / 200 cm.
POSSIBILITY FOR FAST AND EFFECTIVE EXTENSION
It is possible to install and dismantle actually infinite number of times without
compromising the type and the quality of the component panels. Extension
by adding new modules is possible because the dimensions of the separate
elements are easily changed, thus providing bigger diversity of the
architectural and planning solutions.
HIGH HEAT RESISTANCE AND NOISE INSULATION
The heat insulation of the panels works against high ambient temperatures during the summer and at the
same time against low ambient temperatures during the winter. The polyurethane panels are with thickness
up to 40 mm. It is possible to place inner wall lining on the panels with styrofoam. The offered panels are with
very good heat and noise insulation. With the use of mineral wool for insulation, the noise insulation capacity
of the offered prefabricated buildings is increased because the structure of the wool has high noise absorbing
capacity.
The inner lining can be decorated with MDF or PVC based wall panels. Furthermore inside the bungalows can
be lined with “Knauf-Rigips” – 12 mm.
