One of the largest distributors of Mini Cooper parts and accessories is now offering the S-Ray
Series of Ruote Borrani Wire Wheels.
Neenah, Wis. (Nov. 15, 2010) – The newest edition of Ruote Borrani wire wheels, the S-Ray series, will
now be distributed through Mini Mania. The initial introduction of these rims was done through the
Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show Nov. 2-5, 2010 at the Las Vegas Convention
Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“I'm always searching for new and exciting accessories for the Mini Cooper. When I walked by the
Borrani Americas booth at the SEMA show and saw a convertible Mini with these unique wire wheels I
knew instantly these were going to be the new hot item of 2011.” said Ken Suzuki, Marketing Director
for Mini Mania.
The design of the S-Ray wheel is unique because of its individual mounting pattern, the number of
spokes, dimpling and special center pieces.
BORRANI rims quickly became famous in the 1920s because of their strong but light alloy wire wheels.
These wheels contributed to countless Ferrari and Maserati victories in races such as the Mille Miglia
and Le Mans. This became the basis for BORRANI’s unique relationship with famous carmakers – a
relationship that includes both a pre and postwar heritage.
