Services Provided: The Community Services Department enhances residents' quality of life through providing affordable,
quality recreational and leisure activities for youth, teens, and
adults.
The division is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, supervision, and delivery of a wide variety
of programs including youth and adult sports, instructional
classes, teen programs, day camps and special events.
Classes and activities include: Sport ball, flag football, cheerleading, arts & crafts, modern dance, karate, guitar lessons,

Services Provided: The Banning Pass Little League (BPLL) mission is to teach children how to play ball while instilling in them
good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for
authority. Winning is secondary to the molding of the future
citizens.
Population Served: BPLL boundaries start at Cherry Valley and
extend to Whitewater.
We accept children from 4-16 years of age according to Little
League Age Chart. You will be required to furnish copies of proof
of age (Birth Certificate) and 3 forms of proof of residence within the league boundaries.

Services Provided: Children’s Mental Health Clinics provide services to children with severe emotional and behavioral problems. Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication services, individual and family therapy, and case management services. Staff works closely with schools to provide services to students who experience academic problems as a result of their
severe emotional problems.
Adult Mental Health Clinics provide services to adult individuals
suffering from severe and persistent mental health problems.
These services include crisis intervention, psychiatric assessments, recovery management, medication services, case management, and dual-diagnosis treatment. Outreach to homeless
mentally ill individuals, housing assistance and intensive 24
hours a day, seven days a week case management are also available through the Full-Service Partnership (FSPs) Programs.

Services Provided: The Boys & Girls Club of the San Gorgonio Pass is a nonprofit organization that provides after school programs and camps during school
breaks. They offer a variety of programs and services that help students in their
five core program areas: Academics and College Readiness, Arts and Culture,
Character and Leadership Development, Healthy Life Skills and Sports/Recreation.
Currently, the Boys & Girls Club has programs in the city of Banning at Cabazon
Elementary, Central Elementary, Hemmerling Elementary, Hoffer Elementary and
Nicolet Middle School. Teens are invited to attend the Teen Center located at
Roosevelt Williams Park in Banning. In Beaumont, members are served at Anna
Hause Elementary, Brookside Elementary and Tournament Hills Elementary. The
last program is held at Dunlap Elementary in Yucaipa. Each day, over 750 children are met by highly trained staff who strive to provide life changing programs
that encourage our members to work hard to accomplish both short and long
term goals. We work every day with our mission at the forefront of everything
we plan: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us
most, to reach their full potential as caring, responsible and productive citizens.

Riverside County of Education—Foster Youth Services
Services Provided: The Riverside County Office of Education,
Foster Youth Services Program is a state-funded educational advocacy program that provides services to dependents residing in
group homes, foster homes, and in homeless situations. The
purpose of the Foster Youth Services Program is to provide advocacy and other services designed to help increase academic
achievement, decrease truancy, and discipline referrals. Goals of
the Foster Youth Services Program include improving educational
access and outcomes for foster youth.
FAST Families and Schools Together
Services Provided: Families and Schools Together® creates and
distributes its programs through a variety of channels depending
on the kind of program you select. We are a full service provider
of school-based, community-based, and in-home solutions for
strengthening families and ensuring the success of kids.

The FAST program is a multi-family group process in schools
designed to build protective factors in children, and to empower
parents to be the primary prevention agents for their children.
The overall goal of the program is to help at risk youth to succeed

Branch (NEOPB), The Asthma Program.
Services Provided: Host or attend community events. Conduct
nutrition classes in the community that promote increase consumption of fruits and vegetables and more physical activity. Provide free asthma education to help those families with children
and seniors that have been diagnosed with asthma learn how to
control and manage their asthma.
Population Served: Our target population is recipients that receive SNAP (CalFresh) and those with similar low incomes and
household with income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty
Level in approved census tract locations and other local sites. The
Asthma Program serves all children ages 0-18 & seniors age 55 and
older living in a Riverside County approved zip code with an asthma diagnosis.

Molina Healthcare of California
Services Provided: Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS); Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) are available for eligible children
who need short-term behavioral support in addition to any other
mental health services they are receiving. TBS’s goal is to help
children avoid being placed in a higher level of care such as a residential treatment facility or to help children make a successful
move to a lower level of care such as returning home after residential treatment.
Services Provided: Healthy Living with Diabetes Program—for
adults 18 years and older with a diagnosis of diabetes.
TBS is a short-term program that focuses on changing a child’s
behavior, while emphasizing the child’s strengths. TBS works in
collaboration with the child, the child’s caregivers and the primary mental health provider to address 1 to 3 behaviors that jeopardize the child’s ability to remain in his or her current home.
TBS services are provided in the child’s home and other environments where the child’s behaviors occur. Services are approved
for 30-60 days at a time and are expected to produce the desired
changes within a few months.
