IMPORTANT
INFORMATION
Group packages are for non-profit and other qualifying
organizations and require a minimum of 15 guests.
Advanced reservations are required. A 25% deposit is
required within 72 hrs. of your contract.
Final balance must be paid by event date.
Sales tax is chargeable on group packages unless a state
tax exempt number is submitted before arrival.
If your group is less than 15, ask about booking your outing
under a birthday party package, which requires a minimum
of only 10 guests. Call for details.
If outdoor attractions are closed, guests will receive
additional tokens in exchange for outdoor amusement
tickets.
Haunted Trails provides an outdoor dining area for groups
with sack lunches. In the event of inclement weather,
Haunted Trails cannot guarantee indoor seating for
individuals with sack lunches.
To maximize your group’s enjoyment, Haunted Trails
reserves the right to direct and schedule your group’s flow
through the park’s various amusements and dining time.
The outdoor seating area has limited capacity and is
restricted to guests on our group packages.
On weekends group table time is reserved for 45 minutes
and booked on the hour or 45 minutes before the hour.
