The Forensic Services retirement party was a
huge success. Sgt. Bill Kaupert and E.T.s Linda Fogarty, Angelo Marconi, Jane Michalik
and Gerry Poradzisz were still dancing long
after the music stopped... E.T. Sue Wolverton’s
son-in-law, P.P.O. Edwin Caraballo, graduated
from the Training Division in March and now is
fighting crime in 024... Kristin Anderson (the
daughter of retired S.I.U. Sgt. Alan Anderson
and stepdaughter of E.T. Babette Held) is
engaged to P.O. Salvatore Reina (019)... Congrats to Lt. Sharon Guiffra on the purchase of
her new abode...Wedding bells rang out for Sgt.
Carol Lawrence and hubby Steve... We wish
E.T. Dorothy Price a speedy recovery... The
most organized locker award goes to E.T. Keith Aldrich. His ‘locker light’ is a must see
item... Is E.T. Jimmy Walker really a Tae-Bo
instructor for the 3rd watch?... Who said, “I
can’t take it anymore!” every day for the last
month in a new dialect each time? Yes, E.T.
Frank Kroll is retiring after 32 years. We’ll miss
his great sense of humor... E.T. Joe Andruzzi
and lovely wife Mary went to Ireland and spent
a night in a castle... Sgt. Bill Frapolly enjoyed
Spain so much he plans on going back... E.T.
Ed Grabarek still has his tan from his Mexican
vacation... E.T. Tony Hernandez still has his
‘relaxed aura’ from his Aruba vacation... Much
thanks to E.T. Fred Heidemann for organizing our office... E.T. Tony Parisi will join the
Army after retirement so that he can “be all he
wants to be.” Tony and his wife Doreen also
plan to adopt twin boys!

around with a stunned look on their faces after
missing $80 million by one number in the lottery, oooh what could have been!... Until next
time.

all good luck in their future ventures... A great
time was had by all at the Cops for Kids Bowling Day. Some of you may not have known, but
the Professional Bowling Association was on
hand scouting for bowlers. Our own Robert
“Lumpy” Rutherford was chosen to represent us on the tour. Good luck, Bob, you’ll need
it! Just remember that they don’t use the
bumpers on tour... ‘Til next time, have a good
