Ascensori C.M.A. designs and builds cabins, panels and doors
of every size and shape, also upon customers’specific requests,
as well as electrical and hydraulic plants, modernizing kits,
MRL plant, lift shaft structures and home lifts.
Ascensori C.M.A. realizes complete plants and
single components, standard and customized,
according to customers’ demands. It builds special
plants, such as fi reproof plants in compliance with
the Uni-En 81.72 standards, vehicle elevators and
stainless steel lifts for food applications, panoramic
and also inclined plants.
The entire production complies with the current
regulations of the European Community: Uni-En
81.1 – Uni-En 81.2 – Uni-En 81.70 (elimination of
architectural barriers).

The exclusive structure Ascensori C.M.A.
is proud to offer, is designed and built to
assemble self-supporting metal lift shaft
structures, also in seismical areas, suitable
to realize the hoist-way in existing or old
buildings with a historical and artistic value.
Structures available in inox or galvanized
sheet metal, specifically projected for marine
areas, for internal, in the new slim version and
for external. Coating in inox or galvanized
sheet metal, skinplate, inox, insulated, and
light, bronzed, smoke, milk and stopsol glass
coating.

HOMELIFT
Designed to meet the needs of mobility
within public buildings and especially private.
Ideal for older people or people with reduced
mobility.
Thanks to the care that goes into the finishes
and due to the customisation options, it
does not disturb in any way the style of the
environment in which it is installed.
It can be installed in rooms in masonry or
metal racks.
It is designed entirely in Italy to guarantee
quality and safety.

RENOVATION
PEGASO: MRL elevator
Its strengths are comfort and a quiet operation.
Speed up to 1m/s, reduced size, absence of
local machinery, low power consumption.
It uses a rucksack car frame that can
accommodate up to 3 (guide shoes) entrances
and is also available in the variants:
direct acting
• indirect actin in 2: 1
Kit Simplex
SIMPLEX is the kit for the renovation of old electrical
cable systems. Its installation is essential if you do not
want to replace the existing car frame.
The kit, which is installed under the old frame, is
equipped with a pair of bidirectional progressive
safety gear that makes it compliant with UNI EN 81.1.
It is recommended the combination Simplex kit with the cabin PIUMA, a very lightweight
cabin with steel panels, designed specifically for renovations.
*Approximate weight 160 kg refers to a cabin dim. 800x1200 mm with doors, half glass wall,
handrail, linoleum, spotlights.

It is the alternative to the rucksack car
frame. The use of ring car frame and central
guide shoes allows the installation of lifts
in structures that require many stops, high
speed and high flow rates.
At the expense of a slightly larger footprint
than the conventional Pegaso, at equal flow
and surface cabin, is quieter and with less
stress on the structures.
It is available with capacities up to 1600 kg
and speeds up to 1.6 m/s.

Hydraulically operated plants for reduced pit and headroom
For capacities up to 630 kg and with pit and headroom starting respectively from 250 mm
and 260 mm.
PLANT dtg 400
The lack of space in the hoistway is no longer a
problem. With the new DTG 400 and the new Slim
metal frame, you can (or it is possible to) install an
elevator door with 500 mm opening and a cabin with
a capacity of 320 kg and a walk-in rooms of only 710
mm wide.

SPECIAL PLANT
The use of a portal “carrier” and a ring car frame
solves the very frequent problem of achieving a
hydraulic system with dual opposite access when
there is not enough space in width.
Our cabins are characterized a solid structure made up of totally panoramic carrying panels realized in plasticized
sheet steel, rolled steel section and/or laminated plastic. There are several customization possibilities, such as,
the adding of 90° angles, curved angles, upper or lower wainscots, column operating panels, standard or
multi-aperture lights, spotlights, handrail and fl oors to choose between linoleum, marble, parquet and natural
coconut mat.

A particular hydraulic lift, for flow rates of 480 Kg and

systems, which can optimize the industrial
productivity throughout the co-ordination of
the provision, production and delivery phases,
always focusing on our main purpose: customers
satisfaction.
The logistic operations management is particularly
looked after by the Logistics Manager together
with the members of the department, who take
professional care of each delivery.

CMA points to develop its own products, as well
as its production and operational procedures,
carefully considering the impact of its activities on
the environment.
Its eco-friendly production shows C.M.A.’s
commitment for environmental issues, thus
contributing to environmental safety, through both
direct and indirect measures, in cooperation with
its customers and suppliers. CMA supplies eco
friendly products and services and takes concrete
measures aiming at environmental protection. The
rational and economic use of all resources is defi
nitely a global responsibility.
It has been estimated that during normal offi ce
activities, the CPU is not in use for about the
99% of the time.

C.M.A. wishes to pursue the aim of cultivating
and conveying the teaching of sports, above
all in youth and local contexts, through the
sponsorship support of BNB, the strong
North Bari basketball team and RYUGI Sports

C.M.A.’s involvement represents a decisive
factor in encouraging the growth of team
sports, as well as in promoting physical exercise
and co-operation among people, also in a
