Cedar Point’s most flexible ticket program is the Good-Any-Day Program. Under this plan, tickets can be used
any day of the 2012 operating season. The members of your group do not have to visit the park on the same day.
Good-Any-Day tickets are a popular fringe benefit, and your group members will appreciate the convenience of
being able to visit on the day of their choice.

A Ride & Slide ticket is a multi-day ticket that will admit one person to both Cedar Point and Soak City on two days (both parks on the same two days).
The two dates of visit do not have to be consecutive.

Junior & Senior Tickets Available
If you have members of your group who are age 3 or older and under 48" tall, or age 62 or over, they’re eligible
for a Junior or Senior ticket for only $20.00 valid at Cedar Point. Any guest 48" or taller or under 62 years of age
who presents a Junior/Senior ticket may upgrade to a regular admission by paying a surcharge at the gate.
Children 2 years and younger are always free!
Things You’ll Need to
Know
1 You’ll need to purchase a minimum of 15 tickets to qualify for One Day Event discount pricing, or 100 tickets for
the Good-Any-Day Program.
2 Cedar Point Scheduled Event tickets are designed to be used on your group’s reserved one day event date.
However, any member of your group unable to attend your Cedar Point event may use the ticket any other day
of our 2012 season by paying a $10 surcharge. Soak City event tickets can only be used on the day of your event.
3 Cedar Point Scheduled Event and Good-Any-Day net billing will be based on total tickets issued minus tickets
returned. Price category will be based on the total number of tickets to be paid for, not the total number of tickets
issued. If the ticket purchase does not reach minimums, prevailing gate price will be charged.
4 Please designate a Group Leader to make all your group’s arrangements, including the purchase and distribution
of all tickets.
5 Prices, hours, dates and schedules are subject to change. Prices become firm when you book your event.
Cedar Point reserves the right to be closed to the public for private events.
6 Sorry, we cannot offer rain checks, but you may cancel at any time before entering the park. Qualifying refunds
must be submitted by the group leader by November 15, 2012.
7 Full-sized buses with 15 or more passengers park free, and the bus driver is admitted free with a valid
CDL license. Sorry, vans do not qualify.
8 Cedar Point offers several group discount plans. Tickets purchased under one plan cannot be combined with
those of another plan.

Castaway Bay
It’s not exactly “roughing it”! Camper Village offers
RV campsites to accommodate a wide variety of campers
and RVs. Amenities range from deluxe sites with
electricity, water, sewer and cable to 112 electric-only
sites. Lighthouse Point offers 64 waterfront cottages with
unbeatable views and 40 inland cabins. Each cottage
sleeps six and each cabin sleeps up to eight people.
Guests of both Camper Village and Lighthouse Point can
enjoy a swimming pool, supply store, laundry facilities,
showers and more.

It’s easy to get to Cedar Point. We’re on a Lake Erie peninsula
midway between Cleveland and Toledo in Sandusky, Ohio.
Take the Ohio Turnpike (I-80) to Exit 118 and follow the
signs north on U.S. 250, or take Exit 110 and follow Route 4
north. Consult the map or our website for other access
routes. Once you get to Sandusky, just follow the signs to
Cedar Point. For travel updates, call 419.627.2350.

GuideLines
The following general guidelines are important to a successful event. Please take a few moments to review them before
planning your catered event at Cedar Point. All prices are subject to change. Prices become firm on date of booking. Reserved
space is available for catered meals only. Since Cedar Point catering is very popular and seating is limited, we recommend
scheduling your date and reserved area a minimum of four weeks in advance or as early as possible. Please call Cedar Point

Banquet Selections
Catering areas are reserved on a first-come, first-served
basis. We will reserve space for your group during
scheduled service time only. All-day reserved space is not
available at Cedar Point.
Options for entrées and all accompaniments on all banquet
selections are listed. Our staff will be happy to accommodate
special needs. Please note that certain group sizes may be
ineligible for banquet meals.
Meal Times-Maximum Serving Time
Special Requests
Cedar Point Group Sales will schedule starting and ending
times for your catered event to give you the best possible
service. All catered events will have a limited serving time.
Length of service will be from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on
the group size and type of food ordered. The removal of food
and/or beverages from the catering premises following any
catered function is not permitted.
Our staff will be happy to work with you to plan any special
menus for dietary needs due to food allergies. Please contact
our Event Specialist at 800.448.2428 for assistance.
Bringing Food is Prohibited
Bringing food, beverages and/or alcoholic beverages to
any group function at Cedar Point is prohibited unless prior
written authorization is received from Cedar Point. Baskets,
coolers and personal picnic items or belongings are not
permitted inside Cedar Point or in catering areas.

Reservations are required to book all facilities. Since these locations are in demand,
we recommend that you reserve early to ensure availability for your group.

Final billing for your catered event will be based on
the guarantee OR the actual number of guests served
if you exceed the guarantee. To ensure all of your group
members will be served, please guarantee appropriately.
The guarantee should be provided to Cedar Point at least
14 days before the event.
Meal Tickets
To ensure that only authorized group members attend your
event, some form of collectible event admission is required
for all catered events at Cedar Point. Examples of meal tickets
groups have used include business cards or tear-off raffle
type tickets.
Junior Pricing
Legal Drinking Age
The legal drinking age at Cedar Point is 21 years of age,
without exception. A photo ID (driver’s license or state
ID only) will be required of each person being served an
alcoholic beverage. The person consuming the alcoholic
beverage must personally receive the alcoholic beverage
from the server. Only one alcoholic beverage per person
may be obtained at any one time. Please inform your group
members of this policy prior to your event, since Cedar Point
staff will refer guests to the group representative should any
problems arise concerning our policies.
Beer service will end 15 minutes prior to the end
of your event.
Ohio Sales Tax Policy
Ohio sales tax will be charged on all food and beverages
according to State of Ohio tax laws. If your group is entitled to
an exemption from Ohio sales tax, you will need to complete
an Ohio Certificate of Exemption PRIOR to your event. Please
note that all catered event service charges, gratuities or
service personnel fees are considered part of the “price”
paid for your catered event and are subject to Ohio sales tax.
Assistance During The Event
Representatives from Cedar Point’s Food Services and
Marketing Divisions will be present to assist you during your
catered event.
Junior prices are available for buffets, picnics and barbecues
for guests qualifying for Junior park admission (age 3 and
over; under 48" tall).
