Christmas Day
Start the day in style with a glass of Buck’s Fizz with your
breakfast in the Calverley Grill but don’t forget to leave
space for the feast of treats awaiting you. Then to a 3 course
Christmas lunch prepared by our award-winning Chefs,
followed by a visit from Santa to delight the little ones.
Afterwards, retire to the lounges where Christmas cake, tea
and coffee will be served whilst you relax and listen to the
Queen’s Speech. In the evening, head to the Calverley Grill
for a buffet supper where you can eat as much or as little as
you wish. A leisurely night of entertainment follows in the
Champagne Bar with Christmas movies and games.

Christmas Eve
On arrival, take time to relax in the luxurious surroundings
of Oulton Hall. Then allow the Butler and his team to serve
you a truly scrumptious traditional afternoon tea.
The evening starts with carol singing in the Great Hall,
followed by canapés. Your four course dinner is served in
the award-winning Calverley Grill with a sumptuous menu
devised by our Executive Chef. After dinner, you may like to
join a candlelit vigil to the church grounds for midnight mass,
followed by a late night dram and cheese before you retire.

By Car
Oulton Hall is easy to find from the M1 and A1.
From the M1 take junction 42 for the M62 towards
Hull. Leave at junction 30 and follow the signs toward
Rothwell. Then follow the sign which says “Oulton 1
mile”, taking the first exit at the next 2 roundabouts.
The hotel is on your left. From the A1 South, take
junction for the M62 towards Leeds and leave at junction 30. Then follow the signs to Rothwell and Oulton
as above. From the A1 North, follow the A1/M1 link
road towards Leeds and take junction 44. Turn left
at the top of the slip road and follow the A639 to the
roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and the
hotel is on your left.
By Air
Leeds / Bradford airport is 15 miles away.
1. All provisional bookings will be held for 14 days
after which the party booking requires a £10
non-refundable deposit, per person. Room
bookings require a £50 per room deposit.
Bookings will be released automatically if no deposit
is received.
2. Final payment is due 1 month prior to the event.
3. The conduct and behaviour of your guests is
your responsibility.
4. For bookings of 10 or more people we cannot
guarantee that the group will be seated at one table.
If you require special seating then please contact us.
We will endeavour to accommodate your request
but please note that this is not guaranteed.
5. Room rates are subject to availability. All prices are
inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
6. Dress Code - we request that all guests are smartly
dressed for all events - no collarless shirts, jeans or
trainers are permitted.
7. All pre-payments are non-refundable and
non-transferable should your numbers decrease.
8. De Vere Group cannot guarantee that any product
on the menu is totally free from nuts or nut
derivatives and that fish products are free
from bones.

Christmas and New Year Breaks
1. Arrive 24th December for 3 nights, includes
dinner, bed and breakfast, entertainment,
Christmas Day lunch and evening buffet.
2. New Year breaks include one and two nights bed
and breakfast and New Year’s Eve gala dinner and
entertainment with dinner in a resort restaurant on
the additional night if applicable.
3. A £100 deposit per person is required at the time
of booking. Full pre-payment before 1st Dec 2014.
4. Single supplements are £50 per person per night.
5. Stay for longer only available when booked with
Christmas or New Year’s Eve breaks. Rate includes
bed and breakfast.
