This legislation includes strict criteria on the type of messages that can be sent, and requires all businesses to only send information for which they have consent to do so. Therefore, UpTown Waterloo will be updating its email list and transitioning to a new format for sending email communications to our valued business members. We recentlyemaield a contact form to all businesses to fill out to be added to our updated mailing list. If you did not receive this message and/or are not regularly receiving email from the BIA and would like to, please send an email to [email protected]. We remind all businesses to please keep us informed of changes to management and/or contact information. If your business regularly sends email communications to your clients or customers, please consider how the anti-spam legislation affects you and ensure you have consent to send information via email.
