Civil Ceremony room hire includes:
- Seating for up to 100 guests (supplement applies for additional guests &
chair covers)
*Easter, Christmas, New Year, Bank Holiday weekends full rates apply.
*Bank Holiday Sundays apply Saturday rate
*Venue Hire Supplement if evening catering is not booked £300.00
- Choice of several indoor & outdoor ceremony locations (ceremonies in our
lovely gardens can be performed either at The Grecian Temple or The Red
Garden)
Our venue hire includes:
- Flower arrangement for ceremony table in a choice of colours
- Exclusive use of our beautiful function suites from your time of arrival until
midnight
- Use of gardens for photographs up to 1 1/2 hours after the ceremony
- Portable music system for ceremony music
- Marquee inner lining for the Conference Hall with pelmet colour of your
choice
These rates do not include fees payable to the Registrar and are in addition
to our venue hire if you are holding your reception with us.

all guests. A supplement charge of £5 per head will be added if more than 1 choice is offered
to your guests.
We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements; however we cannot guarantee
that any product on the menu is totally free from Nuts or Nut derivatives.
These dishes are purely suggestions; we would be delighted to incorporate any of your own
thoughts and ideas.
Additional courses may include extra canapés to be served with reception drinks and cheese
as a fourth course.
We are also happy to provide fish, sorbet or petit fours courses.
