Urban Village Overlay and Station Area Overlay districts and is a five minute walk to the

The Property is located in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood, two blocks from the Roosevelt
Square retail center with Whole Foods, Starbucks, Dania Furniture, and several retail and
food establishments. Rain City Burgers, Pies and Pints and Toronado are some of the
popular eating and drinking establishments nearby. Roosevelt is located between the
Green Lake neighborhood and the University of Washington. Both are easy walking and
biking distance away, with many transportation options as well. When the light rail station
opens a few short blocks away at 11th Avenue NE and NE 65th Avenue, Roosevelt will be

The Roosevelt neighborhood is bounded on the north by 75th Avenue NE and Lake City
Way, Ravenna Blvd and Interstate 5 to the west, 15th Avenue NE to the east and 60th Street

commercial uses without losing the sense of neighborhood and home. The neighborhood’s
namesake, former President Theodore Roosevelt, spoke passionately about conservation
and preserving our natural gifts of land and water. Situated between Green Lake to
the northwest, Lake Washington to the east, and Lake Union to the south, Roosevelt is a
neighborhood blessed by natural features like Ravenna Boulevard, Cowen Park, Ravenna
Creek, and the Roosevelt Reservoir. Roosevelt is also one of the few neighborhoods with
educational options close by from primary grades, to high school, to college.
Roosevelt has always been a neighborhood with transportation options with NE 65th
and Roosevelt Way being major transportation routes for buses, bikes and walkers.
The new light rail station under construction makes this neighborhood that much more
attractive for residents of Seattle looking for living options that are far enough away

idea for anyone interest in walking and biking to work and play. Commuter options
abound as well, with Roosevelt Avenue and NE 65th Avenue both as transportation
corridors. And it is only a matter of time before getting to downtown, the University
District, Husky Stadium, the Capitol Hill or even the airport is an easy light rail ride away.

ROOSEVELT STATION
