good on deliveries from JANUARY 1st-JANUARY 31st, 2012. All
requests must be postmarked by February 29th, 2012 with proof of
performance. Delivery must be taken within promotion time frame.
A minimum rebate of $30.00 and a maximum rebate of $300.00
applies to this promotion. This offer is available to FoodService
Operators only. Limit one coupon per business unit. This offer cannot
be combined with any other Clemens Food Group promotion.
Business address must be that of the promotion applicant. Contract
price accounts excluded. Checks are made payable to company only.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your rebate. Retain a copy of
your receipts and rebate for your records. Hatfield reserves the right
