At Tucson Rolling Shutters, we manufacture quality.
All of our clients, retail and wholesale, demand the highest quality products
made to exact specifications. At Tucson Rolling Shutters we use computerized
equipment combined with years of manufacturing and construction experience
to build the best retractable products available today.
Shutter manufacturing
Our computer automated shutter mat assembling machine takes full
bundles of roll formed slat and assembles them in preparation to be
loaded into the shutter. We use an automatic multi-head drilling machine
that insures precise and uniform hole placement when it simultaneously
drills the upper and lower holes into our guide rails.
Screen manufacturing
Our computer automated plotter cutter squares and cuts all our screen
fabric to within 3/1000 of an inch. We use an automated folder/ impulse
welder to create pockets and join fabric panels. This system makes our
screens bond better for increased durability and longevity.
Specialty Manufacturing
During the construction of our new shutter manufacturing facility we added a
complete powder coating line. We start with raw metal that is cleaned and chemically
treated. The treated metals are moved into a booth and sprayed with a colored powder
that clings to the metal by electrostatic adhesion. The powdered metal is then moved
into an oven and baked at very high temperatures to liquefy and bond the powder
into the metal. This process yields a finish that is smooth and extremely durable.

Tucson Rolling Shutters manufactures top quality aluminum
rolling shutters for your home or business.
Our rolling shutters are mounted over windows, doors, patios or anywhere
a secure insulated barrier is needed. The interlocking slats are aluminum
and filled with dense ecologic foam for insulation and rigidity. The foam
core stops 99% of the radiant heat from entering your space. This combined
with the “dead air” space, created between the shutter and the glass, makes
a rolling shutter one of the most effective products available to stop heat,
cold, sound, and light.
The interlocking slats glide down side rails that are securely mounted to your
home or business. With the shutter completely closed you have complete
privacy, sound reduction, 99% room darkening, and the ultimate in security.
The T-Block auto locking feature prevents forced entry from the outside.
The shutter can also be partially open to the vented position for ventilation

many years . We use a vinyl coated fiberglass screen material.
Our retractable screen systems come with a 10 year warranty
against fading and will not rot or mildew.
Solution Screens roll up into a small aluminum
housing at the top. The housing is used to
contain the screen roll when not in use and also
creates an attractive appearance from the outside.
