Enjoy the Lego Movie on the big screen! Our new sound system will

children ages 5 and up (rated PG).

A visit from Tucker and Lucy
Come out and meet Tucker’s little sister, Lucy, who just became a certified therapy
dog. See Tucker’s tricks, pet and brush the hounds, and hear about the new R.E.A.D.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar turns 45!
Celebrate the classic tale with games; a
caterpillar toss, make a caterpillar
collage, have your picture taken with a cutout caterpillar and enjoy an
interactive telling of the beloved book.

Think Tangram, Puzzles
Our first week will focus on preparing our clay pots
for planting. Come ready to paint your pots with a
design. Our second week will be spent planting our
pots with a variety of seed flowers and herbs. For

Read to Lucy! Lucy loves the library!
Learn about matching and tangrams, read stories about
tangrams, and make your own puzzle to take home. For

Tucker’s little sister Lucy will be at the
library to listen to your stories. Sign up for a ten
minute time to sit with Lucy and read. Space is
limited. Lucy is a certified therapy dog. Please call

Hour of Code™ is an opportunity to try computer
science for one hour. Drop in at your convenience
to spend an hour in our computer lab on Thursday,
July 3 between 9:30—4:30. We will provide access
to Hour of Code™ and will help to facilitate your
participation, but we will not provide formal
instruction. Get excited about computer
programming with Hour of Code™! This program is
best suited for ages 8—98.

the scientist and the artist
Discover Leonardo as a scientist, and help build
one of his wonderful inventions during session
one. In session two, make a beautiful painting or
sculpture and help paint a poster that hangs in
the children’s room full of inspirational ideas and

iPad Perler beading
Ditch the printed pattern and join us for a
high-tech Perler bead adventure! Use our iPads to
create a Perler masterpiece: the iPad Perler app
includes a wide variety of patterns which can be
used with real beads placed on top of a specially
designed frame. For ages 6 and up.
