The MacFarlane Group, LLC (TMOG) is a privately held real estate development firm based in Florida.
TMOG’s core business is the acquisition, conversions and development of residential, office, retail and
hotels in the state of Florida, New York and Texas. To date, the TMOG team has over 100 years of experience and has transacted more than 10 million square feet totaling over $2 billion. Under the direction
of the principals Robert MacFarlane and Oded Meltzer, TMOG’s team of real estate professionals has
maintained a successful track record of developing complex, multi-phase projects from inception to
occupancy.
Mr. MacFarlane formerly served as Executive Managing Director of one of the Rockefeller Family Trust’
real estate division and Mr. Meltzer is credited for transforming much of the landscape of south Florida
and is regarded as one of its most respected and preeminent developers.
