I am an attorney duly licensed to practice law before all of the courts of

the State of California, and I am an attorney with the Law Offices of Ronald A. Litz,

attorneys of record for Respondent Laura Pauline Perrett, in the above titled action. I have

I attempted to phone Petitioner at (323)481-2879, the last know phone
number we have for him, but a recording said that it is temporarily disconnected.

I had my assistant, DaHanna Walker, contact Detective DeFoe (retired)
to obtain any updated contact information for Petitioner but she was informed that Ms.
DeFoe had no information on him and to contact the current detective Jose, Viramontes.

Ms. Walker contacted Detective Viramontes and was informed that the phone numbers the

detective had for Petitioner have been disconnected.
