Method:
MAGGI® Asian Liquid Fonds
70g
1) Prepare the liquid fond by adding 70g to 2 ltrs of boiling
water
Tofu (Bean Curd)
250g, 1cm diced
Carrots
150g, julienne
2) Add the tofu and carrots and warm through
Spring Onion
100g, finely chopped
3) Add the remaining vegetables and noodles
Pak Choi
3, finely sliced
4) Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes
Egg Noodles
300g, cooked
Mange Tout
100g, finely sliced
5) Check the seasoning and add more liquid fond if required
and serve
Dulse
30g, soaked then sliced (optional)
6) Dulse edible seaweed may be also added for authenticity

1) Make up the MAGGI® paste bouillon with boiling water
MAGGI® Vegetable Bouillon Paste
2000ml, made up
2) In a large pan add the olive oil and saute the shallots for
5 minutes without colour

3) Add the Arborio rice and coat in the olive oil and shallot

4) Add the dry white wine and reduce for 3 minutes

5) Add the stock, ladle at a time allowing each ladle to
reduce before adding the next. This will take 15 minutes.

6) Towards the end add the sliced mushrooms and
