Defect:
The button cell batteries in the original spy marker pen
are secured with a twist top lid, which may become loose
and release the batteries
Hazard:
Children may remove the twist top lid and place the batteries
in their mouths, causing a choking and ingestion hazard.
What to do: Customers should immediately stop using the original
spy marker pen and return it to Smiggle for a refund or
exchange.

note:
The Spy Marker Secret Pen (line number 471287) and
Duo Spy Marker Pen (line number 443457) are not
affected by this recall.
