TVC Family Centre Launch Report
Shaping Destinies for God

Preparation
The official launch of The Voice Community Family Centre (TFC) was done on Wednesday, 27th May,
2015 by the Regional Coordinator of Congress-WBN East Africa, Pst. Joseph Njoroge.
Upon arrival the RC was taken round TFC by the Senior Elder (SE) even as other members of the
leadership and invited guests streamed in to the venue. It was still the SE who invited the RC to
speak as the launch begun after making some key remarks to describe the process of the birth of the
vision with a summary declaration that everything we build comes from the mind of God.
The TFC process has been characterized by
God showing His great interest in the whole
thing through multiple manifestations of His
nature:
Mighty
Warrior,
Holy,
Faithful,
Provider, etc. It was a validation of a process
and the gathering of our sacrifices before the
Lord. It was the first time the RC and a
number
of
the
members
of
the
Core
Leadership in CWBN East Africa as well as
other senior elders were interacting with TVC.
Three days earlier we gathered as a community in this place to set our foot, pray governmentally and
encamp here in an unprecedented TFC Sunday! We came with our families and since then our
journey as a community to the TFC launch has been TOGETHER!
From then on the levels of expectations have been very high! We did not know what was coming; we
only sensed that it was going to be some sort of a spiritual explosion whose extent we still did not
know.
This was a definitive day both in thanksgiving and prophetic speaking. We acknowledged what God
had done so far, affirmed His intent for TFC and received a new apostolic directive and a fresh
release of apostolic directive and resource to build into the future. The seed for the future and also
for the current standards by which we should build were packaged into a powerful word from God
which the Regional Coordinator (RC) captured and released to us through a spirit of fatherhood in a
strong decree.
Word From The RC: An Apostolic Decree & Prophetic Declaration for TFC
“The heart of governmental prayer is the issuing of apostolic decrees and prophetic declarations in
accordance with the will of God, which blast the purposes of God deep into the territory held by
ancient demonic positions.
Governmental prayer represents the changing spiritual character of the Church into a more glorious,
more spiritually militant position against the domain of darkness. The global Church is indeed being
‘called be a new name’, as its character and spiritual patterns are being revised away from dead
religion into the more urgent patterns of biblical accuracy.” (The Present Reformation of The
Church, Dr. Noel Woodroffe)
Through the coming of the RC the Lord gave us a ‘new name’ that defined our current state and
shaped our future activity. He gave us a new thrust into areas (or nations) of human existence
formerly occupied by demonic positions. Our operations have been firmly lifted beyond religious
church activity into more accurate expressions of kingdom operations that meet the current purpose
of God.
At best we can only capture this massive release of divine resource for future kingdom operations
through a raw transcribe of his words. The words below represent raw snippets from the original text.
Word To TFC by Regional Coordinator on 27.05.15 at TFC Grounds
“This is a wonderful thing, isn’t it? I want to change
the tone of this meeting to a place where, am just
thinking at what Pastor Obadiah has said. We are
here, it doesn’t matter where you come from, to
thank God for where we have come. That must be
the core definer.
As I listened to you it’s like, you know the way you
want to write a book, you know the way you want to
write a book, and the first thing you are looking for
is the title of the book.
The first thing you do is looking for a title. And it’s like; to me it appears like all you have done is to
look for a title in preparation of writing a book. So all these things you see here, all you have is a
title of what you want to have.
And I was looking, I was listening to the Pastor Obadiah talking about restaurant, ok. Now to me that
is just one of the, what do I say, one of the worlds that needs to be conquered. It’s just like one of
the, let’s say markets that needs to be invaded. And therefore it’s just a title. When you talk about
food production, it’s just one of the areas that requires to be conquered. And you talk about youth,
you talk about anything, children, whatever you have talked about here. The whole idea is accept,
what I feel in my heart is that this is just a title. A title of a book is not a book. Isn’t it? Because you
can’t go sell a title. You need to write the book. And so TVC we need to read the book! We now
know the title of the book you are writing but now we need to read the book. I don’t know how long
we give you to write the book. But we want to come and read the book.
This is just a title and we are so happy for the title. Now we are looking for something deeper. And
you can ask yourself if this is a title you know it will have so many chapters, isn’t it? And there are no
books of five chapters these days. We want books of several chapters. And every one of you must
contribute in the writing of the chapters. Can we say that? (Yes) So we’ll be writing a book, can we
agree on that? (Yes)
And that is very, very important with what am going to say. Once you understand this is a beginning,
we are here to celebrate the short distance we have come because it shows us we can be able to
cover the long journey ahead of us. The short distance we have covered is a demonstration. It’s like
we were trying to see whether we can run; we were trying to see whether we can move forward. And
we have seen, by the way we can run, isn’t it? And so we can now decide we can run. And we are
here to say that we are committed for this particular journey. That we are here.”
As the RC shared, you could see the balance created in the celebrations to an awakening of the fact
that God was delivering a pattern of which many would gather to ask the ways of the Lord.
The fact that this was the first interaction by the RC and the members of the Core Leadership in
CWBN East Africa underscores God’s interest in TFC and also points to our placement in the larger
kingdom and connects with the prophetic word over our SE about his role in the world of families
and business.
We also had guests invited by various members
of
TVC
including
some
residents
of
the
surrounding area. Some of the invited officials
from the government made brief appearances
but could not stay through the function due to
other commitments. It was clear that God
designed this to be an in-house forum and He
carefully chose those who could be part of it.
All these created the environment in which God powerfully poured Himself to us. The entire place
was covered with pulsations of life from God.
Very key declarations were made with regards to TFC:

TFC is a gathering of sacrifices that have been offered by us.
·
TFC is being built in the context of the Apostolic decree from DNW that, "Global Civilization
has become the governing principle in every single operation that we do in Congress.”
·
TFC is a spiritual process. This is a kingdom initiative. Spiritual development is very important
so that while we are building we are also being built. God is not very interested with the
outcome of a physical building.
·
This is one of the best ways of building a community. Beyond the pulpit there is that aspect,
the reality of people interacting; people doing things together. It causes growth in terms of
community dynamics.
·
TFC is a spiritual warfare for destiny. Do not attack people for their mistakes; see their hearts.
·
TFC is a gathering of worship. A place of sacrifice and worship. In this place people come and
lay to the altar their lives, their skills & their talents.
·
TFC is a place of the expression of the manifold wisdom of God. It is a part of the building of
an economy of a great and wonderful nation. It is an initiative that allows the kingdom
community to go beyond religious activity.
·
TFC is driven by the voice of His command; not the need of the society. Our relevance is
based on the current demands of God in this place and at this particular time. If it is not in
God's mind it is not worth building.
·
We are not here to export food but to export patterns.
·
Whatever we are building is always greater than us.
·
TFC is an expression of the apostolic grace that is in DNW. Everything here is by the grace of
God.
Inside of this expression of worship and commitment we made prayers and lifted up our hands in
gratitude again and again as led by the RC. He then released us to go for the grand launch of the
TFC by cutting a ribbon at the entrance of Sheba Diners.
This was followed by a wonderful lunch in which all the guests and the rest of the community
sampled the meals that shall be served in Sheba Diners and Faitha Foods. It was a glorious sharing
akin to the celebrations of the children of Israel when they had occupied their promised land before
they began to build.
The rains poured soon after and we took that as
symbolic of the release of divine resources to
water our land for fertility now that the seeds of
apostolic decree have already fallen into our
hearts. We are ready to go!
