allows one machine to perform a
significant amount of tasks without
the need for expensive optional
extras or modification kits.
Strike Perforation Heads
Strike Perforation—Endless Possibilities
The AeroCard SCC has the ability to not only Cross Perforate and Linear Rotary
Perforate but also the potential to Bi-Directionally Strike Perforate, this is also
sometimes referred to as Stop Perforation.
Not only can the crease bar run
inverted allowing for positive or
negative creasing to suit your
application it can also be slid out
and replaced with a Cross
Perforation Bar.
All the tools used in this segment
of the machine are fully controlled
and programmed via the 230mm
Colour Touch Screen making job
setup a breeze.
Simple interchangeable tooling slides in and out of the SCC for either Crease or
Cross Perforation options. These tools are accessed via the side Die Change door
(See picture right) and are both programmed via the job creator software located
on the 230mm Colour Touch Screen.
The Cross Perforation comb can also be easily cut and trimmed to size for cross
stop perforation applications. This is fully programmable so precision stop
Perforation is easily achieved, ideal for BOX perforation or T-Bar Perforations.
Linear Strike/Stop perforation is also possible by fitting the optional programmable
Strike/Stop perforation tools (As shown in the image above). Up to 4 optional
Strike Perforation heads can be fitted to the AeroCard SCC enabling either crease
and linear perforation combinations or Bi-Directional Perforation when combined
with the Cross Perforation Bar. Complex jobs can be setup in minutes with precise, accurate and reliable results achieved every time.
Slide in/Out Tool Change
To further enhance the AeroCard SCC’s performance every machine comes with
a module output tool belt located on the machine exit. This module allows for extra
components (including the linear strike perforation heads) to be fitted without the
need for extra investment. Optional tools include manually positioned slitting
heads, Scoring Blades, Rotary Crease Tools, Kiss Cut and Linear Perforation
heads for continuous perforation applications.

Clean & Tidy

integrated waste tray.
All waste created from
the slitting and cutting
processes as well as the
perforation dust are
collected here.
Neatly located in the
machine base and
accessed via a lockable
door, the waste box
keeps everything clean
and tidy for the operator.

To further enhance the performance of the AeroCard SCC every machine comes
with a module output tool belt located on the machine exit (as shown in the picture
above).
This module allows for extra components to be fitted without the need for extra
investment or expensive after market modification kits.

adjusted for Pressure and Alignment include:
