SPECIAL EVENTS EVENTS OVERVIEW SPECIAL EVENTS AT EOS Located in the quaint town of Paso Robles midway between San Francisco and Los Angles, Eos Estate offers proximity to California’s coastline, mountain ranges, and scenic desert landscape.The property is situated among picturesque vineyards and rolling hillsides providing the perfect backdrop for any event. The maximum occupancy is 150 guests. Renting any portion of the below venue gives you complete access to all sites. The site fee is $2,500 and your event at Eos is exclusive. OUTDOOR VENUES THE VINEYARD LAWN At the end of the pole barn lays an intimate landscaped area. The lawn is surrounded by planted vineyards and is the perfect romantic setting for a wedding ceremony. Seating Capacity: 150 guests THE VERANDA Offering a stunning view of the tree-studded hillside with the soft babble of our water-scape, the Veranda is a premier location for a ceremony, dinner, or wine & hors d’oeuvre reception. Seating Capacity: 150 guests | Standing Capacity: 150 guests The Veranda INDOOR VENUES THE TASTING ROOM The high-beamed interior glows with the warmth of pendant lights and sconces. Our modern concrete bar also makes this room ideal for a wine and hors d’oeuvre reception. Standing Capacity: 150 guests HERITAGE ROOM Designed specifically for event use, the Heritage Room is perfect for the dinner portion of the evening. There is a built-in sound system and bar to assist in your event needs, as well as a full catering kitchen adjacent to the room for effortless service. Seating Capacity: 100 guests THE POLE BARN This expansive area could be used as an indoor/outdoor dining room or can be setup with a band or DJ for dancing. Seating Capacity with a Dance Floor: 130 guests | Seating Capacity with Dancing in the Heritage Room: 150 guests THE BARREL ROOM Giant oak wine casks line our underground barrel room. Dine along side aging wine or enjoy a standing cocktail reception in this unique and beautiful space. Seating Capacity: 100 guests | Standing Capacity: 150 guests The Pole Barn Heritage Room Tasting Room PLANNING YOUR EVENT EVENT HOURS Events are booked in 5-hour blocks between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The caterer will have sufficient time for setup and cleanup before and after each event at no additional charge. If any guests remain on the premises 30 minutes past the end-time, you will be billed at a rate of $1,500 per hour. CEREMONY & RECEPTION COORDINATION (Day-of Only) We require that all weddings hire a professional wedding coordinator. Coordinators MUST be pre-approved by Foley Family Wines. All coordinators on our list are pre-approved. A minimum of one Foley Family Wines Location Supervisor will assist at an event. The Location Supervisor will act as a representative of the venue with respect to access to the property, lighting and delivery of wine. These services do not include wedding coordination, equipment set-up or break-down. Foley Family Wines will provide the on-site staff as indicated by the nature of the event. One Location Supervisor is included with the site fee and additional required staff is $50.00 per hour (3-hour minimum). At the time of booking Foley Family Wines will assess staffing needs based on the event details. MUSIC Amplified music is permitted on the property; however, Foley Family Wines reserves the right to terminate the music if complains are received. All music must end by 10:00 p.m. No exceptions. CATERING You may only hire approved caterers from the list provided in this event package. The caterer must supply all staff for food service, bar service, set-up of equipment, break-down of equipment, clean-up of kitchen and grounds, etc. For your planning purposes, a case of wine consists of 12/750ml bottles and will yield approximately 60 glasses. Eos wines are offered to you at a 15% discount, with only opened bottles begin charged to your party. If you are a member of the Eos, Firestone, Lincourt or Foley wine clubs, wines are offered to you at a 25% discount.Wine is charged based on consumption. Alcohol service must end 30 minutes prior to the event’s conclusion. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES California Alcohol Beverage Control regulations allow only Foley Family Wines products to be served or consumed on the property. We can allow a limited amount, as determined by Foley Family Wines, of sparkling wine or bottled beer. No distilled spirits are permitted. No exceptions. EQUIPMENT & RENTALS A limited amount of equipment is available and all other equipment (supplemental tables and chairs, linen, china, glassware, umbrellas, heaters, etc.) must be provided by an outside rental company. All equipment not provided by Foley Family Wines must be delivered on the day of the event and must be picked up the morning after the event unless otherwise pre-approved by Foley Family Wines. A full kitchen as well as trash removal is provided on site for your approved caterer’s use. Equipment Available On-Site includes: 6/66” rounds | 100 Fruitwood Folding Chairs | 1/96” rectangle table | 4/6’ rectangle tables | 8 wrought iron patio tables with 30 patio chairs. All equipment must be set up and broken down by your caterer. PARKING There is sufficient parking at Eos for up to 150 guests. Parking is allowed in designated areas only. No overnight parking is permitted. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY To reserve a date, we require a deposit of $1,000. Once we have received your deposit, a contract will be mailed out to you. The signed contract along with a deposit for half of the site fee will confirm your reservation. The remaining half of the site fee must be paid thirty days prior to the event. After the completion of the contracted event, your security deposit will be applied to wine consumption in excess of the contracted amount. Any remaining deposit will be refunded. The $1,000 security deposit is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation once the contract has been sent out. Any deposits or site fee payments thereafter are also non-refundable. Site Fee estimated at $2,500. INSURANCE We require a Commercial and General Liability Certificate of Insurance covering the date of the event in the amount of $1,000,000. Eos, 2300 Airport Road, Paso Robles, CA. 93446 must be named as an additional insured and proof of insurance must be received thirty days prior to the event. OTHER RESTRICTIONS Sparklers, non-organic confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, straw and/or hay are not permitted. No live “potted” plants are permitted on the property. For your planning purposes, cut floral arrangements are not considered live plants. No pets are permitted on the premises, unless pre-approved by FFW management 30 days prior to event date. If pet is approved, pet must be kept on a leash at all times and put away in a safe and secured place once the sun sets.
