ZAFE Marketing & Foreign Trade, was founded rising from the idea of
APEAS Group to share construction, engineering, decoration and hotel
management experiences as well to the outside of the group.
Established by 4 young and idealist engineers and based on the vision of engineering APEAS Engineering

developing architectural and constructional techniques. APEAS has proved being a reliable contractor and
partner with its inland and outland projects conducted with its partners. Making business with many

APEAS enriches its experiences and gets into new international partnerships. Experience of 40 years,
efficiency, stability and the energy of dedicated staff are the guarantee for the credibility of APEAS whatever the type, scope

Opened in 2003 Dedeman Silkroad Tashkent Otel was the first step to hotel
management for APEAS Group. Completion of Dedeman Silkroad Tashkent,
having constraction area of 21.000 m2, containing 206 rooms, 7 suites and
1 king room, less than 5 months can be evaluated both as a foundation of
the best hotel aimed at providing full satisfaction of the guests in Uzbekistan
and a new success in the history of APEAS. Many other new and huge
projects has followed this first step. Awarded as being the best hotel in
Uzbekistan with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna , fitness and
massage saloons, shopping centers, meeting and ball rooms Dedeman
Silkroad Tashkent enriched the construction culture of APEAS with hotel
management experiences as well as being a start for the partnership of
APEAS and Dedeman.
Founded in Ankara in 2003, taking ASAŞ’s support and years of experience in
furniture and veneer production , Altınel Tasarım met with APEAS Wood Work
Group in 2004 and accomplished many projects by conducting of APEAS with the
help of her well learned , experienced staff and without sacrificing quality. The
success, advantages and experience gained from the projects conducted by Altınel
Tasarım within APEAS resulted in transfer of whole shares of ALTINEL TASARIM
to APEAS Group of Companies. Today ALTINEL of which factory is located in
Ankara at Sarayköy-Kazan , starting from conceptial design phase, is serving to
investors and designers, with highly experienced and well learned technical staff
and highly qualified craftsman, by means of on-time, quality work and
competitive prices.
ZAFE has evolved out of the combination of exprience gained in many hotel, shopping mall, airport, luxury buildings,
residence and management buildings projects conducted by APEAS Engineering and skills and experiences gained in many
successfull hotel, dwelling and shopping center decoration works and masonry works by Altınel Tasarım. ZAFE has turned the
ongoing partnership in years of APEAS Group with many Turkish firms proving themselves in inland and outland with their
quality like Tolkar, Ottoman, Burosit, Diversey, Gural, Jumbo, Lamp 83 and Sabah to a solution partnership with its
presentative identity in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. ZAFE offers its culture and background that enable it to evaluate all
needs of hotels, luxury buildings and shopping centers in project, construction and management stages from the perspective of
construction and management and presents its energy coming from youth and 40 years of experience of APEAS Group.
