TESTIMONIALS
“I’m often asked by my clients for stained concrete that not only has depth, but also has many color selections. My first choice is
ENDURABLE. My go to sealer for exterior and interior concrete countertops is ENDURABLE SEALER. Easy to use and great chemical
resistance.”
MATT BOWEN -- PREP CONCRETE AND CONSTRUCTION -- CALIFORNIA
“I have been using your concrete products for about three years now and so far am impressed with its durability and the fact that
I’m not working around solvents is a huge plus for my crew and me.”
JASON OLINGER -- INNOVATIVE CONCRETE SOLUTIONS -- CALIFORNIA
“I am highly impressed with the ease of use with your concrete stain products. The ENDURABLE PRODUCTS are easy to use and
very flexible for the beginner.”
ESTEBAN PEREZ -- NOPAL CORP -- CALIFORNIA
“I recommend ENDURABLE brand products due to their superior quality, value, and long-lasting durability. I have used
ENDURABLE STAINS, DYES, STRIPPERS, SEALERS, AND POLYMER PAVEMENT on numerous jobs with great results.”
RANDY SHERER -- SHASTA PRESSURE CLEAN -- CALIFORNIA
“My company has been using ENDURABLE PRODUCTS and we wish we had found them 10 years ago. They are great and long-lasting,
therefore, eliminating customer complaints and callbacks. We have used acrylics and lacquers and the ENDURABLE line lasts a lot longer.”
LARRY FULLER -- FULLER STONE CARE -- CALIFORNIA
“We have been selling ENDURABLE STAIN and ENDURABLE SEALER for two years now. Before we started selling the products,
we sold a lot of acid stain and Dye-N-Seal. They are both good products but the have down sides that the ENDURABLE STAINS don’t have.
It is much easier to sell a product that has no clean up and disposal issues that acid stains have. ENDURABLE STAIN AND ENDURABLE
SEALER are both safe and easy for an inexperienced user. Also, the fact that we can use the stain both interior and exterior makes it so
much easier to sell. I was on an acid stain job last week that the contractor used a jade color outside. It has turned black and it’s a big mess.
We tell people not to do that but it still happens.
We sell the ENDURABLE STAIN at least 20 to 1 over acid stains and our Dye-N-Seal sales have mostly gone away. We have fewer
problems and sell far more product than we ever did when we only had acid stain and Dye-N-Seal to offer.
We have struggled with finding a sealer that would hold up outside since we got into decorative concrete 20 years ago. We have
tested different sealers on our own here and found that a good sealer, applied correctly, would last for maybe two years. So many of our
customers were discouraged with their stamped concrete because they couldn’t keep it looking nice. I have heard more than one person
say that they wished they had poured regular gray concrete. We have always stated that the key to a good stamp job is the sealer. Now
we have many of our regular customers using the ENDURABLE SEALER; exterior for its UV resistance and interior for its durability. It’s
an easy sell to homeowners when they come in; to tell them they can buy my solvent sealer and recoat it every other year, or buy the
ENDURABLE SEALER and have it last 3 to 5 times as long.
We have also found the company very easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable and always helpful with product
information. It is very discouraging to sell a product when you can’t get good technical support from the manufacturer. We love the
products and the company.”

NDURABLE
CONCRETE STAIN
TM
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: ALWAYS PERFORM TEST AREAS. CONCRETE
MUST BE DRY. SHAKE OCCASIONALLY DURING APPLICATION TO KEEP COLOR
IN SOLUTION. Mix product into water, acetone, or denatured alcohol with a mixing
drill and paddle or by vigorous shaking. Apply product via pump sprayer with a
conical tip. Tip size of .05 to .15 gpm at 40 psi is recommended to reach proper
coverage rates. Determine if the concrete is porous with a simple water test. If
water drops in and darkens the concrete immediately, then opening the pores may
not be necessary. If the surface is a troweled surface, you should mechanically
grind or chemically etch the concrete to open the pores for optimum penetration of
the stain. If neither is an option, we highly recommend applying ENDURABLE
INCEPTIVE COATING prior to application of stain and sealer. If there is a sealer
present and in good condition, you may put a drop of acetone on the surface and
rub with your finger to determine if the stain will penetrate when mixed in
acetone (surface will feel sticky or tacky when you rub if it can be penetrated with
acetone.) Applying stain over existing sealer is not the recommended application
for optimum longevity. Water is not recommended when applying to overlay
systems that are commonly high in polymer. The water will often raise the polymers
to the surface. Using more than one color will often help to achieve a beautiful
mottled look. After the stain is applied there may be residue that can be removed
by buffing the floor. If you do not wish to buff the floor, you may wear booties to
keep from leaving footprints in the residue. After the stain is dry to the touch, seal
with ENDURABLE CONCRETE SEALER OR ENDURABLE F1 SEALER. The concrete
should be free from contamination. It is recommended to determine if the
concrete needs to be cleaned with a concrete cleaner or pressure washed. (If fungus
is present in the concrete, you should clean with a fungus killing product and then
pressure wash.) There may be residue left on the surface, most notably when the
carrying agent is acetone, and when applied to a surface that has low porosity. You
may wish to remove the excess residue with a white buff pad when working on a
flat surface, but it’s not necessary on broom-finished concrete. A light coat is
recommended as the stain will go far and over-application will result in excess
residue and it will lower your coverage rate.
SHELF LIFE: Undetermined - minimum of 8 years.
PACKAGING: Concentrate to make 1 gallon and a concentrate to make 5 gallons.

NDURABLE
CONCRETE HARDENER
TM
ENDURABLE CONCRETE HARDENER is nearly 100% pure silica at a size between 3 & 8 nanometers. The proprietary solution in which it is suspended, provides low surface tension,
resulting in excellent penetration of the silica into the concrete. The reaction of the silica with the remaining unreacted calcium hydroxide in the concrete, forms calcium silica hydrate.
When concrete is poured, calcium silica hydrate is formed as the concrete cures. This process only continues, as the concrete remains wet. After the concrete is dry, no additional calcium
silica hydrate is formed and the top surface of the concrete is usually left with unreacted calcium hydroxide, also known as lime. Obviously, the first part of the concrete to dry is the
surface, therefore leaving a substantial amount of unreacted calcium hydroxide. This unreacted calcium hydroxide is akin to an epoxy with only the first component used. The hardener
acts like the second component of the epoxy to actually create the chemical reaction, leaving the concrete harder and more abrasion-resistant. Colloidal Silica is distinctive in its ability to
bond to the silica already present in concrete and it can also bond to itself. This allows for a much greater density than can be found with any silicates. The families of silicates include
sodiums, potassiums, and lithiums. None of these products can match the abilities of colloidal silica to bond with the silica in the concrete, nor can they bond to themselves. Now that the
superiority of colloidal silica over the silicate families has been established, one last question remains. What is the difference between colloidal silicas? This question is an important one
when choosing your concrete hardener. The difference between colloidal silicas is how the silica is stabilized. The most effective way is lithium stabilization. Another method, and probably
the most common, is sodium stabilization. This method is less expensive, therefore most colloidal silica concrete hardeners are sodium stabilized. The reason lithium stabilization is
superior lies in the reaction of the silica when applied to concrete. Lithium stabilized colloidal silica produces more reaction points, yielding a harder concrete than the more common
sodium stabilized colloidal silica. When looking to choose the best hardener, one should look at the superior technology of colloidal silica over the other silicate families. Then one should
look at the best technology of stabilization, which is lithium stabilized colloidal silica. The size of particle should also be considered. The smaller the particle size, the better the results as
there are more reaction points and the product can travel further into the concrete at the smaller size. ENDURABLE CONCRETE HARDENER is a lithium stabilized colloidal silica with the
smallest particle size available at 3 to 8 nanometers, making it the best choice for a concrete hardener.
COVERAGE RATES: 300-700 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of concrete. High porosity concrete will be on the lower end and polished low porosity concrete will be on the
higher end.
PACKAGING: Concentrate that makes 4 gallons & concentrate that makes 20 gallons.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Store product in temperatures between 40 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not freeze. Product has a shelf life of 2 years from date of purchase when stored in
original unopened container.
WHERE TO USE: Use on any concrete surface or cementitious overlay product.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: This product is concentrated and should be mixed 3 parts water to 1 part product.
1. Shake product before mixing with water.
2. Stir the concentrate and water together for 30 seconds with a mixing drill and paddle. It may also be shaken for 1 minute.
3. Before application, be sure that concrete is clean and structurally sound. It must be free of any sealers, curing membranes, oils, dust, etc. Product must be able to achieve full contact
with concrete to be fully effective. Do not use acidic cleaners. Use a PH neutral cleaner.
4. Use a low-pressure pump sprayer. Be sure to shake product right before putting into sprayer. Use a conical tip that sprays .05 to .15 gallons per minute. Spray with the tip1 to 2 feet above
the surface and use a circular motion to achieve an even application. Spray enough product to achieve an even look of saturation. Keep the surface wet for a minimum of 15 minutes,
applying additional product when necessary to keep surface wet.
5. Allow surface to dry completely. This usually takes less than one hour. If concrete seemed porous on the first application, you may wish to apply a second application to achieve optimum
formation of calcium silica hydrate.
6. When using product in conjunction with polishing, it is best to apply the product at 200 or 400 grit. If desired, ENDURABLE CONCRETE DYE should be applied prior
to the application of hardener. A second application of ENDURABLE CONCRETE DYE may be used to achieve a richer color in the concrete after the ENDURABLE CONCRETE HARDENER
has been applied and is completely dry.

Allow time for stripper to work. The coating needs to be completely softened before removal, so allowing the stripper to complete
its job is very important. This can take several hours. Covering the material with polyethylene sheeting is an option for keeping the
material wet and working, especially in hot conditions. As long as the material is shiny and wet, it is still absorbing and working on
the coating. If the material is not shiny, it may require more stripper. DO NOT LET PRODUCT DRY OR YOU MAY HAVE TO REPEAT
THE PROCESS. THE COATING MAY RECONSTITUTE IF IT DRIES.
4.
Test the coating to determine if the product is ready for removal. Scratch a small area. If the coating comes up easily, it is ready for
removal. If not, let the product continue to work. In some cases the stripper will make the coating gooey and if this occurs,
continue to apply more material and agitate the coating until the product liquefies.
5.
Removal of the coating can be performed with scrapers, high-pressure water, or a low-speed buffer with strip pads or brushes. After
the coating is completely removed, clean the surface with soap and water. The slurry can be removed with a wet-vac.
LIMITATIONS: Product should be applied at temperatures above 45 degrees Fahrenheit. You should not walk on the stripper with rubber or
vinyl soled shoes as the stripper softens rubber and vinyl.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Product is available at retail distributors around the world. Go to www.endurableproducts.com to find the
nearest distributor.
DISPOSAL: Product is safe, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly. However, if the coating that is being removed is hazardous,
check with local, state, and federal regulations for proper disposal.
WARNINGS: Use with proper ventilation. May cause eye and skin irritation. If you experience headaches, dizziness, or watery eyes, you may
wear a NIOSH TC-84 respirator during application.

CONCRETE DYE
TM
DYE IS FOR INTERIOR USE ONLY, DUE TO LOW UV RESISTANCE
Color samples for representation only - actual colors may vary
PACKAGING: Product is packaged as a liquid concentrate. Available in
concentrate to make 1 gallon and concentrate to make 5 gallons.
SHELF LIFE: A minimum of one year.
COVERAGE RATES: 400-600 square feet per gallon
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: ALWAYS PERFORM TEST AREAS. CONCRETE
MUST BE DRY. The concrete should be free from contamination. Determine if the
concrete is porous with a simple water test. If the water drops in and darkens the
concrete immediately, then prep may not be necessary. If the surface is a troweled
surface, you may need to mechanically grind the floor to open the pores for better
penetration of the dye. Mix the dye into your choice of the water, acetone, or
denatured alcohol. Apply via pump sprayer with a conical tip or hvlp cup gun. Seal
with ENDURABLE CONCRETE SEALER or ENDURABLE F1 SEALER. Using more
than one color can help to achieve a beautiful mottled look. Use a pump sprayer
with a conical tip. Tip size of .05 to .15 gpm at 40 psi is recommended.
FOR POLISHED CONCRETE: Grind and polish the concrete to 200 or 400 grit.
Apply ENDURABLE CONCRETE DYE. Let dry. Apply ENDURABLE CONCRETE
HARDENER and then let it dry completely. At this point you may apply more dye
if desired or as needed. You may polish up to 800 or desired level of polish. Make
sure no dye residue is present on the surface. If you notice residue, buff the floor or
auto scrub the floor before applying sealer. Apply ENDURABLE CONCRETE
SEALER with low speed buffer via pump sprayer by lightly misting sealer, buff in,
and repeat until floor is sealed. Use a soft white pad on the buffer. Wait 4 to 8 hours
for sealer to harden to burnishable state. You may wait up to 24 hours if job
conditions and time constraints require a longer wait. The next step is to use
diamond impregnated burnish pads on a burnisher. Start with 200 grit pad, then
move to a 400, 800, and finally a 1500 grit pad. Beware of leaving the buffer on
an area for too long as it may damage the sealer. If the sealer is damaged by leaving
the buffer on an area too long, then one option for fixing the damaged area is to
buff a little more sealer on the area.
WARNINGS: Always be cautious with flammable carrying agents. Extinguish all
ignition points and use approved respirators when applicable.

F1 SEALER
TM
ENDURABLE F1 SEALER is great replacement for solvent-based sealers. Product has a low VOC content and is very easy to apply. The innovative chemistry used
to create this sealer provides a product that lasts twice as long as most acrylics.
COVERAGE RATES: 300 – 800 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of surface.
PACKAGING: Concentrate that makes 1 gallon & concentrate that makes 2 gallons.
MIX RATIO: Mix sealer at a ratio of 1 part water to 1 part sealer. Product may used without adding water. Eliminating water will speed dry time.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Product has a shelf life of a minimum of 1 year in original containers. Store product between 40 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep
product free from excessive heat, moisture, and freezing.
WHERE TO USE: Concrete – garages, driveways, patios, walkways, countertops, etc., masonry, terrazzo, and natural stone. Product has good resistance to
chlorine, making it an effective sealer on pool decks. This sealer is not recommended in applications where motor oils, hydraulic fluids, etc. may be applicable.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mix 1 to 1 with water. Use a mixing drill and paddle. Product may be applied via pump sprayer with a conical tip that sprays at
.05 to .15 gpm at 40 psi, airless sprayer, micro-fiber applicator, or roller. When applying over stain, it is recommended to spray the first coat to avoid movement
of color residue. Coverage rates are typically between 300 and 500 square feet per gallon per coat on broom finished or textured concrete.
Smooth surfaces or subsequent coats will yield coverage rates of 500-800 square feet per gallon. DO NOT OVER-APPLY. This product should be applied thinly
and evenly. Subsequent coats or low porosity surfaces will yield high coverage rates. Before application of sealer, make sure surface is free from dirt, oils, etc.
Two coats are usually sufficient, but applicator must determine the specific need. Three coats on textured concrete may help with maximum water resistance.
Sealer should be applied between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. After applying the first coat, wait until the sealer is dry to the touch, usually 15 to 30 minutes,
depending on temperature and air flow, and then subsequent coats may be applied. Subsequent coats typically take 20 to 40 minutes to dry, depending on
temperature and air flow. After application, tools may be cleaned using soap and water. Light traffic is possible after 2 hours and heavy traffic is possible after
8 hours. The sealer will gain strength over the next few days after application and will reach full cure at 5-7 days. Avoid subjecting the sealer to freezing
temperatures or moisture for 12-36 hours after application. Make sure substrate is dry before application. ENDURABLE CONCRETE STAIN may penetrate
ENDURABLE F1 SEALER when mixed in acetone. When applying stain in acetone over sealer, apply lightly. Too much acetone will “cook” the sealer.
LIMITATIONS: Product should be applied in thin coats. Do not over-apply. Product must be applied to clean, dry substrates. It is recommended to apply to
porous surfaces for longest-lasting results.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Product is available at retail distributors around the world. Visit www.endurableproducts.com to find the nearest distributor.
SLIP RESISTANCE AND CLEANABILITY: The profile of the concrete will dramatically affect the slip-resistance. Aggressive finishes, such as broom-finished
concrete, will yield the best coefficient of friction and will be slightly more challenging to clean. Smooth surfaces will yield a lower coefficient of friction but
are easier to clean. If desired, additional slip resistance can be added to the sealer. 100 mesh polypropylene will work well and should be applied in the second
coat. It is best to mix it into the sealer and then applied with a T-Bar or the additive can be broadcast into the sealer. It is also recommended to apply a third coat
of sealer to completely encompass and protect the additive.
WARNINGS: Use with proper ventilation. May cause eye and skin irritation. If you experience headaches, dizziness, or watery eyes, you may wear a NIOSH TC-84
respirator during application.
WARRANTY: Evaluate whether this product is suitable for your intended application. Conditions of product use are outside of our control and vary widely, the
following is made in lieu of all express or implied warranties of merchantability. Our only obligation and your only remedy is replacement of product, at the
option of HDIP INC. In no case will HDIP INC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, goodwill, or
business opportunity.
