The Indian Body Builders Federation is pleased to inform you that Team Chishty, The
Body Building Club has taken initiative to organise "NORTH INDIA ZONAL BODY BUILDING
CHAMPIONSHIP 2016", on and from 15th to 16th January 2016 at Jawahar Rangmanch,
Ajmer, Rajasthan. This championship is open only for the athletes of the affiliated state
associations of the North India Zone.
We, on behalf of Indian Body Builders Federation request all the affiliated state
associations of the North India Zone to send their team as per the Circular attached
herewith. Your kind co-operation is solicited.

:
All the affiliated State units of North India Zone only can send
maximum numbers of body builders for both the competitions
since there is no limit numbers of athletes.

The five winners in each category will be awarded with Medals (for
top three), Certificates and Gifts.
The Overall Champion will be awarded with cash of Rs. 11000/along with trophy and certificate.

All the participants will receive participation certificates.
Please note above cash prizes are subject to Income tax deduction
at source and winners have to produce their PAN Card xerox for
claiming Prize money cheques.
Doping
Rules for the Contest :
:
Dope test may be conducted at random by the National Anti Doping
Agency (NADA).
1. The competitors and officials who are not present for the
registration within the time limit will be eliminated from the
competition.
2. All officials & competitors must arrive prior to the schedule.
3. Organizers will provide free lodging & boarding to the invited
body builders and officials only for two nights. Officials and body
builders please note that you will have to pay a deposit of Rs. 500/during registration which will be refunded at the time of check out
once the hotel staff gives clearance of the room articles.
Please take note: No extra officials & supporters will not be
allowed and hence will not be provided with lodging and boarding
facility. We require state units co-operation for the same.
4. Please note - Bodybuilders using tanning products/oil
will be responsible for payment in full for bed sheets & pillow
covers wall paint stained by the same.
5. It is compulsory that all the Officials and judges come in proper
uniform.
6. Participants and officials who arrive before 15th January 2016 and
wish to stay after 16th January 2016 will have to bear for their
lodging & boarding.
7. Golden, Silver and Bronze colour tanning cream is not allowed.
8. It is compulsory for the participants participating for Best Poser
contest to bring their own Music CD. Vulgar songs and actions will
not be tolerated and the said participant will be banned from the
Best Posing contest.

Indian Body Builder’s Federation, Team Chishty, The Body Building
Club or no other organizers will be responsible for any mischief,
injury or damages sustained in travel, before, during or after the
competition.
