The Five Core Business-Building Activities
The best part about building a successful business with Tahitian Noni International
is that anyone can do it. The business is based on sharing unique, quality, and
beneficial products. No need for hype, false promises, or schemes. Success will come
as you create an organization of loyal Tahitian Noni® product consumers.
The five core business-building activities provide a proven roadmap for you to follow
as you begin to build your business. Anyone can do this, regardless of background or
experience level. You don’t need to be a doctor, scientist, or successful salesperson to
have success at TNI. Just follow the five core activities and teach them to the people
on your team. It is important that as you achieve success that you duplicate the same
system that helped you succeed with those you enroll in the TNI business.
You can do this. The products work and the process is simple. The only variable is
you: the commitment and work that you are willing to put into your business. It’s up
to you. There’s no magic wand or secret recipe. Put in the time, work, and follow the
fundamentals and you can achieve a successful business.

Core Activity 1
Create a Contact List
Creating and maintaining a contact list is your first step to success. Every
successful TNI distributor begins with a contact list and keeps their list fresh
and continually growing. Simply put, your contact list is a collection of names of
individuals you know and could contact about Tahitian Noni International. It is your
starting point for sharing Tahitian Noni® products and adding new customers and
business partners to your team. This list should include everyone you know. Don’t
hold back or make any type of judgment as to who might be interested. Be sure to
include people that you know professionally, as well as personally.
You will want to carry this list around with you, as you will constantly come in
contact with new people to add to the list. Take some time each day to think about
those you’ve met or have associations with that you could add to your list. This
activity is vital to your success and cannot be ignored or replaced.
As you create your contact list think of people who:
• Are health-conscious or appreciate natural health.
• Have a desire to maintain wellness, increased energy, or support the
immune system.
• Are open-minded about business opportunities or looking to make some
additional income.
• Are parents looking to increase the wellbeing of their children.
• Are entrepreneurial and enjoy working for themselves.
• Want to get out of debt or pay off credit card bills.
• Have children in the home and need a little extra cash.
• Are already home-based business owners or are self-employed.

Focus on finding people with the drive to be successful and help other people.
They will help you duplicate and grow your business. Remember that everyone is
a potential customer or distributor. As you make an effort to constantly update your
list, you will find that you will always have people to contact about the TNI products
and opportunity. Creating your list is something you can do right now. In fact, before
you read any further, get a pen and a piece of paper and take 10 minutes to start
your list. This will be the launching point of your new TNI business.
Core Activity 2
Contacting
With your contact list in hand, it is time to start building your business. Your
TNI business will grow as you introduce people to TNI’s products and business
opportunity. Maybe you are asking, “How do I do that?” Well, the first step is
called contacting. The purpose of contacting is very simple: Set an appointment
to give a Tahitian Noni® business presentation. That’s it. There’s no need to give
too much detail about the products or company when contacting a prospect for
the first time. Simply share what has you excited about TNI and ask them to take
a look at it and see if they see something there for them as well. Tahitian Noni
International cannot be explained in a just a few minutes, and it’s less effective
to try to explain too much when you may not have your contact’s full attention.
Important Tips on Contacting:
• Contacting is the most important step in the business. Without setting
appointments to give presentations, you’re out of business. Customers don’t
grow on trees and they won’t come to you. You must go out and find them.

• You are in the people business. The more effective you are at contacting, the more
successful your business will be. Effective contacting comes with experience and
practice. The more you contact people, the better you will be at it!

takes courage. One of the most important lessons you can learn as you begin is

before you find the “Yes’s”. Each contact you make, regardless of the outcome,
gives you valuable experience that will help you grow your business and help you
teach others.
Mail or Email: Sending information by mail
or through email can be a great way to
contact people before you actually speak
to them. This can also be an effective way
to continue to educate your contacts as
you continue to build your business.
There are many ways to go about contacting the people on your list. Use the
methods you are most comfortable with. Choose the way you feel is going to be
most effective in reaching out to the person you’re going to contact.
In person: Use casual conversation with friends, family, and associates to bring up the
new product or business that you’re involved in. Carry a Tahitian Noni® catalog, passalong cards, brochures, your business card, or other tools that you can leave with your
contacts. Be sure to set a time to follow up with them on what you’ve shared.
3-way calls: Use the phone for the purpose of making an appointment for your
prospect to hear a full presentation or attend a larger event where an expert will be
sharing the information. Do not try to give out a lot of detail over the phone. Your
sponsor or someone with more experience will help you talk to your prospects and
make an appointment. Have your sponsor/partner ready to join your phone call
once you’ve introduced your contact to the purpose of the call. Let your prospect
know that you’re working with a team and that you’ve asked someone who has
achieved success with Tahitian Noni International to share more information with
them about the subject. When it comes to family and close friends, it’s often best

Give Presentations
Effective presentations are crucial to your success. All of your work in creating a
list, contacting your prospects, and setting appointments was done for the purpose
of giving a presentation. A powerful presentation is simple, direct, and honest.
It is important that you share the information your contact will need to make a
decision on what level of involvement with TNI best suits their needs. Your goal
in giving a presentation is to illustrate how your potential customer or business
partner’s life will benefit by becoming part of TNI through your wellness business.
Effective presentations introduce your customers to TNI’s amazing products and
opportunity. It’s especially important that every prospect tries the Tahitian Noni®
Bioactive Beverages and takes the “Noni for Ninety” challenge.
Important Tips on Giving Presentations:
• Use TNI’s Standard Opportunity Presentation. It’s simple, effective and easily
duplicated. Once you learn it, you can give it over and over again. Tahitian Noni
International makes it easy to use. You can access this presentation through
DVD, flipchart, tear-off pad or PowerPoint. You can give it in your own words or
simply put the disc in the DVD player and let it do the work for you.

• Where to Give Presentations. The presentations can be given just about
anywhere—in a restaurant, park, the prospect’s home, or any quiet place. Of
course, you can host the presentation at your home and invite several guests.
Home parties are one of the easiest and most successful ways to build your
business. Your sponsor or team will usually host weekly or monthly group
meetings where you can bring your prospects to hear the presentation from an
experienced TNI leader.
• Close and Invite. The presentation should close with an invitation to become a
customer of Tahitian Noni® products and/or participate in the revenue sharing
program (business opportunity). You will see better retention if the prospect
becomes a loyal consumer of Tahitian Noni products. Complete the Application
Forms and choose an AutoShip option that best fits your customer.
You will find that most of your contacts will fall into three basic categories: 1) they
need more information, 2) they are ready to become a customer and start using
the Tahitian Noni products, or 3) they are ready to start building their own TNI
business. Following up in each of these areas will be key to your success.

The fortune is in the follow-up. Developing and maintaining strong relationships
of trust is key to your business and these relationships grow out of regular
communication. It is important to continue to educate your contacts that require
more information. This can be done through the use of tools, meeting with your
upline, or simply in a follow-up session after the presentation.
Ongoing training and development is a key element for successful business
leaders. You should personally invest time each week to becoming better trained
with regards to the Tahitian Noni® products, systems, and the marketing plan.
Additionally, personal development skills learned in books, seminars, and CDs will
help you to model the leadership qualities that will make you successful in the
business. You will also want to connect each of your team members to the training
resources offered by Tahitian Noni International on GoNoni.com as well as the
weekly conference calls, regional and nationwide conferences, and events. Finally,
one of the most important things you can do as a leader of a TNI business is to
recognize and celebrate the success of your team members. Doing this will inspire
and motivate people to set goals and achieve more than they thought possible.
Through personal development and recognition you can achieve more and help
your team members to do the same.
Follow Up
It is extremely important that you have a follow-up meeting with your new
customers within 48 hours after they have enrolled. A great idea would be to
schedule a visit just after they have received their first order of product. The
purpose of this follow-up session is to support your new team member, create
a trusting relationship, answer any questions they may have, and help them
get oriented with the products and the company. Be sure to help them get their
GoNoni account set up and show them where the Training section is located.
Training and Recognition
For your new team members who are joining you as a business builder, your followup session should be geared toward helping them get started in the core activities
of building a successful Tahitian Noni® business. The system is already in place—
there is no need to reinvent the wheel. Help your new distributor build their contact
list, practice some contacting approaches, and set a date for their first home party.
Ultimately, your goal is to help them go through the five fundamentals of a successful
TNI business and encourage them to teach these principles to their future team
members. Just as your upline sponsor or team members helped you in different
aspects of the system, it is crucial that you support your new team members.

How do I place an order or contact Customer Service?
There are several ways for you to place an order or contact TNI’s customer
service department.
• Phone: Dial 1-800-445-2969.
• Online: Create an online account using your IPC ID# and you can place orders
at TNI’s online store by going to www.TNI.com or by logging into your www.
GoNoni.com account.
• Catalogs: Every few months TNI will send you a complimentary product
catalog. These can be used for your personal shopping or to place with
potential customers.
How do I enroll new customers and IPCs?
You can enroll customers and IPCs through TNI’s customer service line at
1-800-445-2969 or through the website. Go online and log into your
www.GoNoni.com and click on the Recruiting button.

How does the AutoShip program work?
Enrolling in the AutoShip program means that you have committed to purchase
a certain amount of product QPV (Qualifying Personal Volume) each month. In
return for your AutoShip enrollment, you receive many great benefits, such as
discounted product pricing, increased income earning potential, and more.
It is called “AutoShip” because TNI will automatically ship this order to your
address on file. You have many different options for fulfilling your monthly
AutoShip requirement. All of these choices are available as either Conditional or
Unconditional options.
Being on Conditional AutoShip means you have the option to customize your
AutoShip order before the 15th of each month. If you decide not to place a
customized order before the 15th for at least your committed amount of product
QPV, TNI will automatically ship your monthly order on the 15th. Being on
Unconditional AutoShip means your automatic order will process on the 15th of
every month, regardless of the orders you’ve placed.
AutoShip is fully customizable. You may order as much or little of any Tahitian Noni®
products you desire. You may also vary the amount of product you receive in your
Autoship order. TNI offers a variety of AutoShip options. Here are some of the most
popular options:
• Two 4-pack cases of Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages
• One 4-pack case of Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages
• 2 bottles of Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages
• 1 bottle of Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages
IPCs committed to building a business and earning unlimited residual income will
need to be enrolled on an option of 120 QPV or more.
What is the difference between a customer and an IPC?
Customers are individuals who want to enjoy the benefits of the Tahitian Noni
products but don’t have interest in building a TNI business. There are various
AutoShip options for customers.

Referring Customers are individuals who are primarily focused on consuming
Tahitian Noni® products, but would also like to participate in referral commissions
on a limited scale. An AutoShip selection of 30 QV or more is required for those
who would like to enroll as a Referring Customer. The most common AutoShip
selection of Referring Customers is two bottles of Tahitian Noni® Original™ Bioactive
Beverage. Limited income opportunities, such as having their product paid for, are
available to Referring Customers.
IPCs are individuals who have enrolled as TNI distributors with the primary goal of
building a TNI business. An AutoShip of 120 QPV or more is required for IPCs to
enjoy the full benefit of the TNI Revenue Sharing Program.
When do I receive my referral commissions?
When you enroll a new IPC, you will receive commissions on that person’s
purchases through the Fast Start Bonus payout system, which is generated weekly
and paid on Mondays. After your IPC has been a member longer than 60 days,
you will receive commissions on their purchases through the Unilevel plan, which
is paid out on a monthly basis, near the 20th of each month.
If you would like your commissions to be paid through Direct Deposit, simply send
in the “Commissions Direct Deposit Form” which you can find in the Downloads
section of your GoNoni.com account.
Remember, as you help your new IPC share TNI’s products with others, you will
receive organizational commissions from those purchases as well.
When you enroll a new customer or referring customer, you will receive 20%
from their purchases each month (up to 240 points in product per month). There
is tremendous financial reward for your business as you share TNI’s amazing
products with people who simply want to consume the product each month.
