Vincent founded Roseview in 2001 with a vision to create an investment and
advisory firm of talented real estate principals with direct operating experience.
Before launching the firm, Vincent was President and COO for five years of Boston
Financial, an institutional real estate investment advisor, where he was part of the
senior leadership team that doubled assets under management to $7 billion and
grew earnings fivefold during his tenure with the company. Vincent also spent 10
years at General Investment and Development Company, where he led the
transformation of the private family investment firm into a multi-billion-dollar
institutional pension fund investment advisor.
In addition, prior to founding Roseview, Vincent also served as CEO of O’Neill
Properties Group, where he oversaw large-scale office, retail and residential
developments from Boston to Washington, D.C.
Vincent earned a B.S. from St. Joseph’s University and began his career as a
certified public accountant and then as a consultant at Price Waterhouse. He serves
on a number of business and nonprofit boards and is a member of the Investment
Committee of the Charles River Realty Fund.

Josh has been involved in all of Roseview’s investment and advisory activities since
its inception and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Based in Seattle,
Josh’s responsibilities include leading the firm’s advisory practice, which has helped
lenders manage and dispose of more than $1.5 billion in distressed commercial real
estate assets since January 2010. For more than ten years, Josh has been a trusted
advisor to Roseview’s clients, helping to raise equity, restructure debt and set capital
and business strategy for real estate investment and development companies across
the country and for a wide range of property types.
After earning a B.A. from Harvard University, Josh began his career in the public
sector, including three years in New York City government. He also earned an
M.B.A. from Stanford University. Josh is a member of the Urban Land Institute and
serves on the Capital Renovation Committee of the Pike Place Market Preservation
and Development Authority.

Steve is a 25-year veteran of the real estate investment and development business.
Prior to joining Roseview in 2006, Steve was a partner for ten years in O’Neill
Property Group (OPG), a large regional office, retail and multifamily developer
backed by Prudential and Lubert Adler. He launched OPG’s development office in
Washington D.C. and oversaw more than $1 billion in development in New England
and $1.5 billion in the greater Philadelphia region.
In addition, Steve was Executive Vice President of Huntmar Associates Ltd., a large
regional office and industrial development company in the Mid-Atlantic and before
that, a commercial broker at Hunter & Associates, a boutique Washington, D.C.based firm focused on tenant representation for large build-to-suit office
transactions.
Steve earned a B.S. from Northeastern University and began his career at the White
House as Special Assistant to David Stockman, the Director of the Office of
Management and Budget. He serves on the boards of Newport Bank and Newport
Hospital/Lifespan and is actively involved with the Rhode Island Mentoring
Foundation.

Matt spent 32 years at Spaulding & Slye and the company it merged with in 2006,
Jones Lang LaSalle. During his expansive career there, Matt initiated the Capital
Markets Group and co-launched the Corporate Solutions Group, each of which
achieved market leadership. He guided hundreds of commercial real estate
transactions totaling several billion dollars, and served on the Spaulding & Slye
board and investment committee. Upon the merger, Matt became an International
Director at JLL, one of the world’s largest real estate enterprises.
Matt graduated with a B.A. from Dartmouth College. He has been named Broker of
the Year by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and one of the top commercial
brokers in the nation by Commercial Property News. Matt also received the
Dartmouth Alumni Award for his career achievements, service to the college and
civic involvement. Matt belongs to NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate
Board.

Nigel has 23 years of experience with large real estate investment companies, where
he has been involved in everything from acquisitions and portfolio and asset
management to strategy development and implementation. He was a partner in
funds sponsored by both General Investment and Development (Windsor Funds),
where he worked for 12 years and served as Director of Office Investments and Vice
President of Acquisitions. Before joining Roseview in 2009, Nigel worked at Colony
Capital (Colony Realty Partners), where he was responsible for acquisitions on
behalf of some of the largest pension funds in the world.
Prior to joining GID, he was an asset manager at Boston Financial (Lend Lease),
where he oversaw a 40-property portfolio across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Nigel
began his career at AREEA Investment Advisory Services Inc., where he worked on
behalf of the Sovereign Wealth Fund, overseeing asset management duties for a
creditor in bankruptcy.

Ireland.

Ken is a veteran of the CRE lending and workout industry, having managed more
than $24 billion in national books of business and $100 billion in transactions over
17 years at FleetBoston and Bank of America, respectively. He also founded TriSail
Capital, a mezzanine lender with $2 billion in assets, and managed two TriSailsponsored institutional investment funds totaling $200 million in committed
capital.
Before joining Roseview, Ken advised SJB Holdings, where he was instrumental in
helping the firm raise $1.1 billion to acquire banks through recaps and/or FDICassisted transactions. He began his career at Citibank in Asset Based Lending and
then Citicorp Real Estate Inc. He led First Chicago’s Florida Real Estate Group, was
COO of Florida residential home builder for seven years, and was President and
CEO of Associated Mortgage Investors, a public equity REIT, for two years. In 2007,
Ken was recruited to be the CEO of Realty Finance Corp., a publicly traded
commercial mortgage REIT, where he remains a board member.

Jacob is a 15-year veteran of the real estate industry, having specialized in
acquisitions as well as fund and portfolio management. Prior to joining Roseview,
Jacob was a Managing Director/Partner at Reynolds Capital Group, LLC in Atlanta,
where he was the primary executive responsible for fund management of the $132
million Southeast Land Acquisition Fund which invested in commercial and
residential zoned land and distressed residential communities. Jacob oversaw
portfolio management, including acquisitions, dispositions and asset management,
and led investor relations.
Jacob also served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Atlanta-based Jamestown
Properties’ $650 million Co-Invest IV Opportunity Fund. Prior to Jamestown,
Jacob spent eight years at Hines Interests’ Southeast regional office where he was
involved with acquisition and development transactions.
Jacob graduated with a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University
and a Masters in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance from Cornell
University. While at Cornell, Jacob founded the Cornell Real Estate Alumni
Scholarship and served as its Chairman for six years.
Jacob has been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 1996 and has
served as an advisory board member for the Cornell Program in Real Estate for the
last five years. He is the founder and former Chairman of ULI’s Young Leaders
Group in Atlanta and has assisted other U.S. cities in launching their respective
Young Leaders Groups. Jacob has also been a guest lecturer on Acquisition and
Development Analysis for Georgia Tech’s MBA program, Emory’s MBA program
and his alma mater, Cornell University.

Brian brings to Roseview experience from the financial services and real estate
development industries. Prior to joining Roseview, he was a Project Manager for Toll
Brothers, Inc. in Hoboken, N.J. He created and managed the $600 million budget for
an 800-unit, mixed-use, multi-building project called Maxwell Place, Toll’s premier,
urban high-rise development in the U.S. Brian also supervised the final planning
board approvals for the third phase and the marketing, sale and delivery of more than
400 upscale residential condominium units which produced more than $500 million
dollars in revenue. He also worked at AEW Capital Management for two years as a
financial analyst.
Brian was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins and competed in the East Coast Hockey
League, a developmental league for the National Hockey League.
Brian received a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. with a concentration in
Finance from Boston College’s Carroll Graduate School of Management.

Jon has more than 25 years of experience in real estate planning, design, acquisition,
permitting, development and advisory services. Prior to joining Roseview, Jon was the
Managing Principal of ArtScience LLC where he provided real estate brokerage and
consulting services to clients, while also pursuing development opportunities. Before
creating ArtScience, he was Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Development
for John M. Corcoran and Company, one of the largest privately-held owners of
apartments in Massachusetts with approximately 11,000 units in its portfolio.
Jon has also served as Director of Development for Creative Housing Company, a
boutique single-family development company; Director of Acquisition, Planning and
Development for The Green Companies, a New England based regional developer of
multi-family communities; and as a Real Estate Advisor for LandVest, Inc. where he
provided financial and land planning advisory services to an international client base.
He began his career working on historic restoration efforts within Central Park in New
York City.
Jon holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental
Sciences and Landscape Architecture from Syracuse University and the State
University of New York. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in
Massachusetts and Georgia. Jon is an active member of the National Association of
Home Builders (NAHB), and has been serving as co-chair of the Public Policy
Committee for the Home Builder’s Association of Massachusetts since 2007.

John came to Roseview from Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he was an integral
member of the San Francisco-based asset management team that managed the daily
administration of a $5.7 billion dollar portfolio consisting of 25 million square feet of
office, multi-family, retail and industrial assets located in numerous West Coast
markets. In addition, John has worked at New Boston Fund, Inc. and Cushman &
Wakefield, Inc. Among the noteworthy deals he has been a part of: a 200,000-squarefoot lease with Google in downtown San Francisco which was named the 2007 San
Francisco Business Times Best Office Lease; the development of a 65,000-square-foot
Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us store in Portland, Oregon; and the disposition of several
assets totaling $65 million in gross sales proceeds.

Duo has more than 14 years of experience in various facets of commercial real estate
securities and debt investments, including CMBS, CRE CDO, CMBX, distressed debt,
commercial real estate whole loan, B-note and mezzanine debt investments. Prior to
joining Roseview, Duo was an Investment Analyst at The Baupost Group, L.L.C., a
registered investment adviser based in Boston. She built the firm’s CMBS buy-side
platform and invested in various commercial real estate debt and securities. She joined
Baupost after serving as a Vice President/Portfolio Manager in the Real Estate Group
of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM) from 2005 to 2008. There she
invested more than $6 billion and managed a $10 billion CMBS and CRE CDO
portfolio. Prior to NYLIM, she was an Investment Officer in the Real Estate Finance
Group of Manulife/John Hancock Financial Services, working on both the buy-side
and issuance-side of CMBS.
Duo began her real estate career in 1997 at FleetBoston Financial where she worked
on high yield (B-note and mezzanine) commercial real estate debt investments for the
TriSail Real Estate Fund in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. From 2000 to
2002, she was an Associate Analyst in the CMBS Group of Moody’s Investors Service
in New York.
Duo earned a M.S. in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a
M.S. in Finance from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College
and a B.A. from Hunan Normal University. She is a CFA charter holder and a member
of the CFA Institute.

Jay started his real estate career at Morgan Stanley in the portfolio management and
asset management departments. There he was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of
21 multi-family, retail and office assets worth more than $1 billion. From there he
joined the acquisitions group and played a key role in completing $541 million of
successful real estate transactions, including value-added hospitality, office
development and land investments. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jay practiced for
eight years as an architect and project manager for public and private clients.
Jay is a licensed architect in Massachusetts. He received his B.A. from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.

John brings diverse commercial real estate investment experience to Roseview. His
career began at ING Clarion as part of the southeast acquisitions team where he
focused on purchasing institutional quality multi-family, retail, office, industrial and
mixed-use assets. He underwrote hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and was
part of a team that successfully closed on $200 million in assets during his tenure.
Subsequently, he joined NY Credit Advisors where he originated and syndicated $300
million of debt and preferred equity instruments backed by multi-family, office, retail
and hotel assets. John has also worked for Gilbane Development Company and
Paradigm Properties.
John has a B.A. from Princeton University and holds an M.B.A. from Boston College’s
Carroll School of Management. John is currently pursuing a M.S. in Finance. He is a
member of the Urban Land Institute and a volunteer at MetroLacrosse.

Boston. While at Anglo, Kevin worked on loan originations and the underwriting of
more than $1 billion in new business and asset management of $2 billion in existing
debt, including hotels, apartments, offices and condominiums located across the U.S.

Mike has managed accounting departments for companies ranging in size from $10
million to $1.5 billion and has significant experience in financial reporting and tax
preparation. Most recently, Mike was Vice President of Finance and Administration
for The Bostonian Group (BG), a benefits and workforce management consulting firm
located in Boston, where he was responsible for payroll, cash, accounts payable and
receivable, management reporting and regulatory filings as well as the budgeting
process.
Prior to his tenure at BG, Mike worked for a regional accounting firm for five years and
then as an accountant for an electronics distribution company. He is a certified public
accountant and holds a B.A. in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and
an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.

Swann LLC, where she managed financial record keeping for a consulting group with
revenue in excess of $10 million. Prior to her position there, Meghan was the director
of operations at Daly Gray Public Relations and an associate HR representative at
Liberty Mutual. Meghan holds a B.A. from James Madison University.

Rosemary manages the treasury, payroll, human resources and benefits
administration functions for The Roseview Group.
Prior to joining Roseview, Rosemary worked in commercial and personal banking at
Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company, Fleet Bank, Republic Bank and Summit
Mortgage. She also served as a project manager for W.D. Shock Company and was
responsible for sales training and support consulting at Fidelity Investments.
Rosemary also has experience in international corporate analysis from her work at
Thyssen-Bornemiza.
After earning a B.S. from St. Joseph’s University, Rosemary went on to receive her
M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
