Today, Robert Eymael leads the estate recognized for its high quality from the entry level Estate Riesling to the finest single vineyard wines. Tasting Note: Grown on all iron-‐infused Devon Slate, this wine tastes like biting into a ripe white peach, juicy, rich, creamy and sweet, with a full aroma. The wine offers great minerality and beautiful acidity to balance the sweetness. Most of the fruit comes from the famous grand cru vineyard site “Würzgarten” (spice garden) in the village of Ürzig, which gives the wine its spicy profile. Food Affinity: Great to enjoy on its own, but also great with salads and spicy dishes or fusion cuisine.
