Should your product be defective, INNOVEX will replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you. Whether you call or write, please
have your model number ready for our customer service team. You will be asked to tell us what INNOVEX product you have, along
with the date of purchase and the way you believe the product to be defective. Please do not ship your product back to us unless we
specifically request for you to do so. In the event it becomes necessary for your product to be returned, our Customer Service Department will guide you through the process. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
Note: All replacement parts or exchanges will be shipped standard ground service.
INNOVEX HOME PRODUCTS is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may arise out of the purchase
or use of any INNOVEX product; INNOVEX HOME PRODUCTS is not responsible for any personal property/equipment damage
