unit is completely dry before reconnecting to power.
•
Never touch a hot vacuum tube.
•
This product should be located away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, or other
products that produce heat.
•
Protect the power supply cord from being pinched or abraded.
•
Never operate the amplifier without a connected speaker or load since this can cause severe damage
to the amplifier.
•
The power supply cord of this product should be unplugged from the outlet when left unused for a long
period of time, or during electrical storms.
•
This product should be serviced by qualified service personnel when: the power supply cord or the plug
has been damaged; or objects have fallen; or liquid has been spilled onto the product; or the product
has been exposed to rain; or the product does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked

servicepersonal.

Georg Wadenius Signature Amp - Custom Reverb 36WE
Custom Reverb 36WE is an all-tube hand-wired amp built in cooperation with Georg Wadenius.
The amp has dual channels and is designed to be loved by both single coil and humbucker players.
The two channels have different voicing and can either be selected by the footswitch, or by using the
channel selector at the front panel. You can also mix the channels for more versatility. Due to the
well balanced tone, you don't need anything but a tone control to tune in the sound you like. It’s an
awesome tone machine with a warm and rich tone. The lower settings of the volume control result in
harmonically rich, clean tones, perfect for jazz, rock, blues, funk and country music. When cranked,
the amp will inspire you with fat, compressed, distorted tones. It also records easily thanks to the
natural compression. To make it possible to have some distorted tones at lower levels this amp has
been equipped with a master volume. All components used are carefully selected and of highest
quality for best sound experience.
Thank you for buying this amp. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your choice!
Enjoy!

Getting started
1. Connect the amplifier to a grounded AC outlet in accordance with the voltage and frequency
ratings specified for your amplifier.
2. Make sure that the internal speaker is connected to the leftmost speaker jack. Never operate the
amplifier without a speaker connected. Make sure the impedance matching is correct. This amp
is designed for a 4 or 8 ohms load depending on impedance switch setting.
3. Make sure the “Standby” switch is OFF
4. Set the “Power” switch to position ON.
5. Wait for at least 60 seconds to allow the filaments to heat up.
6. Make sure that the volume controls are set to 1.
7. Switch the “Standby” switch to ON.
The amplifier is now ready for use.
Connect your instrument to the INPUT jack.
Rear panel
A. ELECTRIC LINE CORD, MAIN FUSE – Connect to a grounded A/C outlet in accordance with
the voltage and frequency ratings specified for your amplifier. The main fuse is an integrated part
of the power jack. Replace only with T1A (1A slow blow) fuse.
B. INTERNAL SPEAKER JACK 1,2– Plug-in connectors for the internal speaker. A speaker must
always be connected to this jack when the amplifier is turned ON. A speaker impedance load of 4
or 8Ω (depending on impedance switch setting) should be used to avoid damage to the amplifier.
C. OUTPUT IMPEDANCE SWITCH – With this switch you can select the output impedance to
match the connected speaker(s) impedance.
36W 1x12” –select 8ohm for the internal speaker
18 W 1x12” select 4ohm for the internal speakers
D. FOOTSWITCH JACK – Connect the footswitch to this jack and make sure that Channel 2 or MIX
is selected at the front panel switch. When Channel 2 at the front panel is selected the footswitch
will change between Channel 1 and 2. When Channel MIX is selected at the front panel the
footswitch will change between Channel 1 and MIX.

E. POWER SWITCH – Turns the amplifier on-off as indicated by the jewel unit.
F. STANDBY – When the amplifier is on, Standby will mute all audio output from the amplifier.
Use Standby during short breaks to avoid the tube warm up delay.
Select Standby for the first 60 seconds when switching the amplifier ON to extend tube life.
G. 36/18W SWITCH – Selects 18W or 36W mode. Refer to C for impedance settings.
H. JEWEL UNIT – Indicating power on
I. MASTER VOLUME – For clean sounds set the Master volume to 12. For crunchier sounds at low
volumes, set the Channel 1 or 2 Volume high, and lower the Master. To get the maximum
distortion at lower levels, select MIX mode and set both volumes to 12 and then use the master
volume to control the output level.
J. DEEP CUT – Decreases the low frequencies and tightens the bass response.
K. REVERB – Sets the amount of reverb
L. TONE 2 – Adjusts the tone characteristics of the amplifier for channel 2
M. VOLUME 2– Adjusts the volume of channel 2. Channel 2 is the brightest channel.
N. TONE 1 – Adjusts the tone characteristics of the amplifier for channel 1
O. VOLUME 1 – Adjusts the volume of channel 1. Channel 1 is a darker channel.
P. CHANNEL SWITCH – Selects input channel. Select channel 2 or MIX when using the
footswitch. When Channel 2 at the front panel is selected the footswitch will change between
Channel 1 and 2. When Channel MIX is selected at the front panel the footswitch will change
between Channel 1 and MIX.
Q. INSTRUMENT INPUT – Input jack for your guitar.
