Exercises After Breast Surgery 乳房手术后的锻炼
Why do I need to do exercise after my breast surgery? 乳房手术后为什么要运动
» Helps to reduce pain and stiffness and tightness 有助于减轻疼痛、僵硬及紧绷
» Regains motion and strength in your arm and shoulder 恢复手臂和肩膀的力气及移动能力
» Helps to relieve swelling 有助于消除肿胀
» Prevents lymphedema 促进淋巴液流动以预防淋巴水肿
» Promotes physical and emotional healing 协助并且促进身心痊愈
When can I start exercising? 什么时候可以开始
» As soon as the doctor says you are ready (usually a day or two after surgery)
手术后的第一天可开始做点伸展动作;越早开始锻炼，就越早恢复动作能力
» Your doctor/ breast care nurse/physiotherapist can advise you on the type of exercises suitable for you
您可向医生、乳房护理护士或物理/职能治疗师询问您在不同的复原阶段所适合进行的运动
» Start off slowly and gently with no bouncing movements
起步阶段先进行简单温和的运动，切记不可过度使劲
» You should feel a tolerable mild stretch (hold for 5 seconds) but it should not be painful
在承受范围内且无任何疼痛的情况下轻微拉伸(保持这样的伸展状态5秒钟)
» Gradually increase the intensity and duration as you recover and become more comfortable
随着身体状况允许及复原进展，运动量及次数可渐渐加强
» Make it a part of your daily routine e.g. twice a day
尽量把运动当成你的日常生活，每天两次(早晨起床后和晚上入寝前)，长期进行
» Take a break and rest when you feel tired - Do not overdo
留意身体的状况，别过度运动。必要时暂停休息
» Discontinue exercising if you experience sharp or sudden pain, swelling or acute tenderness – contact your doctor/
breast care nurse or physical/occupational therapist
如运动时发生剧痛，肿胀或急性疼痛则应马上停止，并且通知医生、乳房护理护士或物理/职能治疗师
