1.0 GENERAL
1.1 The specified fountain shall be suitable for installation in SprayGrounds® or Swimming Facilities and shall be
manufactured by Rain Drop Products. Installation shall be supplied by others.
2.0 DESIGN
2.1 Construction: The body shall be manufactured from heavy duty, high tensile strength Schedule 80 PVC, gas welded
and shall be impervious to rust and corrosion. The nozzles shall be high strength, corrosion resistant HDPE.
2.2 Piping/Stem: All piping connection shall be made from heavy-duty high tensile strength Schedule 80 PVC.
2.3 Structural Piping Strength: N/A
2.4 Dome: N/A
2.5 Fasteners: N/A
2.6 Base Skirt: N/A
2.7 Colors: Cover to be standard white.
3.0 CONTROLS: N/A
4.0 PACKAGING
4.1 Shall be packaged to protect against damage during transit.
5.0 INSTALLATION
5.1 Master Feature Manual and supplementary instructions shall be supplied by manufacturer for ease of installation.
6.0 WINTERIZATION
6.1: Master Feature Manual will be supplied by manufacturer for ease of winterization.
7.0 FEATURE/FLOW OPTIONS
7.1 Sku # MPKJ-002: Standard Mini Popkorn Jet feature. Shall operate at a flow rate of 14 GPM at 3’- 0” Total Dynamic
Head (“TDH”).
7.2 Sku # MPKJ-002-OM: Standard Mini Popkorn Jet feature with OMNIPOD® adapter. Shall operate at a flow rate of
14 GPM at 3’- 0” Total Dynamic Head (“TDH”). An OMNIPOD® will be provided to mount feature at a later date, remove
for winterization or for moving to another location. See attached OMNIPOD Specification for more information on the
OMNIPOD.
7.3 Interactive FunFlow™ Valve: N/A
7.4 Interactive FunFlow™ Valve, Omnipod: N/A
7.5 Sku # MPKJ-002-LF: Standard Mini Popkorn Jet feature with Low Flow water option and a gasket. Shall operate at a
flow rate of 2.3 GPM at 3’- 0” Total Dynamic Head (“TDH”). Gasket shall be 1/4 inch thick 40 durameter neoprene
rubber.
7.6 Sku # MPKJ-002-LF-OM: Standard Mini Popkorn Jet feature with Low Flow water option and an OMNIPOD adapter.
Shall operate at a flow rate of 2.3 GPM at 3’- 0” Total Dynamic Head (“TDH”). An OMNIPOD will be provided to mount
feature at a later date, take down for winterization or for moving to another location. See attached OMNIPOD
Specification for more information on the OMNIPOD.
