Rogue Creamery has a goal of generating all its electrical needs by 2021.
In 2010, a 58,000 watt solar program was installed. The solar panels have
generated a 25% electrical savings for the manufacturing facility.
Another 12,000 watt solar program is currently being completed.

Rogue Creamery ensures a consistently delicious and healthful
experience through its commitment to sustainable, organic and
food safety processes which are third party certified. Rogue View
Dairy and Rogue Creamery’s cheesemaking processes are certified
sustainable by Food Alliance. Rogue Creamery’s cheesemaking and
ingredients are certified organic by Oregon Tilth, EU Certification is
also through Oregon Tilth, and food safety procedures and Hazard
Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) are certified by Steritech.
Rogue Creamery is committed to the raw milk standards created by
the Slowfood Presidium of Raw Milk Cheese and the Raw Milk
Cheese Makers Association. All Cheese produced by Rogue
Creamery is rbst, rbgh and antibiotic free. All Rogue Creamery Blue
Cheese is gluten free with testing conducted by a certified lab. Like
Rogue Creamery’s blue cheeses, its Cheddar and TouVelle are
naturally gluten free. These cheeses are tested by an independent
laboratory annually certifying they are free of gluten.
