In 2010, a 58,000 watt solar program was installed. The solar panels have generated a 25% electrical savings for the manufacturing facility. Rogue Creamery is committed to the raw milk standards created by the Slowfood Presidium of Raw Milk Cheese and the Raw Milk Cheese Makers Association. All Cheese produced by Rogue Creamery is rbst, rbgh and antibiotic free. All Rogue Creamery Blue Cheese is gluten free with testing conducted by a certified lab. Like Rogue Creamery’s blue cheeses, its Cheddar and TouVelle are naturally gluten free. These cheeses are tested by an independent laboratory annually certifying they are free of gluten.
