Seventeen pieces up to ten minutes in length.
Traditionally tonal and readily accessible to the firsttime listener, Mansell's richly chromatic, rhythmic and
melodic music is full of emotion and passion.
8.45: Dinner (Library) – choice:
(a) Beef, guiness and chestnut mushroom casserole with green beans
(b) Cod and smoked haddock pie, parmesan mash with green salad
(c) Ricotta & spinach cannelloni with green salad (vegetarian)
Dessert: Summer pudding with clotted cream and coffee
Burgh House & Museum
Five-minute walk from Hampstead underground (Northern
line – Edgware branch). Turn left when leaving the station
and take the first left (Flask Walk). The House is in New
End Square on the left.
Burgh House was built in 1704 and we are privileged to
have the use of all its splendid rooms.
