Kelmarsh Hall and Gardens
This Grade I listed building is surrounded by beautiful gardens and acres of parkland, making Kelmarsh Hall the
perfect venue to hold an event to remember. The historic setting provides a unique backdrop for any occasion, large
or small. Guests are encouraged to use our expansive gardens, which include a tree-lined terrace, flower gardens
and a unique triangular walled garden.
From product launches, seminars, photo shoots and filming to team-building days and dinner-dances, Kelmarsh
offers few restrictions and a blank canvas for you to plan your event. Our experienced team can offer bespoke
packages to cater for individual requirements.

The Great Hall:
The Great Hall is the centrepiece of the house and is
the first room to be entered through the front door.
With its Italian pink walls and fine 18th century ceiling
it makes the perfect reception area for greeting your
guests and on cooler days, the open fire is lit.

The Saloon:
Beyond the Great Hall is the Saloon, another 18th
century room with fine plasterwork and polished oak
floorboards. This room overlooks the ornamental lake
with views stretching beyond the water across the open
countryside.

The Ballroom:
The Ballroom, which has views overlooking the west
terrace, has recently been renovated for entertainment
and entertaining. Any combination of table and chairs
can be accommodated in the Ballroom.

Old Servants’ Hall:
The newly renovated Old Servants’ Hall provides a
smaller seminar room for up to 30 delegates or an
intimate bar area for entertaining.
Perfect for….small seminars, meetings
Breakout rooms are available and
our Limeshed can be used for
smaller, more informal meetings.
Gardens and Parkland
The grounds of Kelmarsh offer opportunities for larger-scale outdoor events and marquee events.
Beyond the lake, with a breathtaking view of the house, there are 110 acres of flat, well drained park land with
good access plus parking for up to 14,000 cars – the perfect location for a company day or large marquee event.
There are two marquee sites:
•Site 1 to the front of the house accommodates up to 500 guests for dinner
•Site 2 beyond the lake accommodates any number above 350 guests
There is also a suitable site for helicopter and light aircraft landing.
For something very different, the woods and surrounding countryside provide facilities for outdoor pursuits
and off road driving.
Perfect for….multi activity packages – Driver days, fairs, festivals, It’s a Knockout,
archery, clay pigeon shooting, sheep dog handling, quad bike trails, laser clay shooting,
micro tanks, falconry, human table football, reverse steering driving and much, much more.
