Thank you for your interest in bringing your scouts to our restaurant! Many successful
gatherings are hosted here every year.
A variety of arrangements are available in our Bavarian-themed dining rooms.
Reservations are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations may be
restricted on certain dates, especially weekends. Please contact our Group Reservation
Department to discuss availability before finalizing any plans.
We suggest setting up your reservation as soon as possible for a tentative number of
people. Then, in the week preceding your reservation, we will ask for your final count.
For parties of 30 or more, there is a 95% guarantee of the number you give us at that
point.
Pair a World Famous dinner with one of our hands-on Experience Packages. Designed
to allow guests to get involved, activities like Pretzel Rolling and Monster Cookie
Creation inject fun into any trip! See page 9 for details.
Complete your experience with a visit to our Castle Shops, located in the lower level.
Explore our Royal Gift Shop, Doll & Toy Shop, Souvenirs & Cheers Shop, Castle Shop
Bakery, Candy Corner and Chocolate Shop before heading out to see the Glockenspiel,
a 35-bell carillon telling the story of the Pied Piper of Hameln, complete with
life-size figurines.

The Bavarian Inn Glockenspiel Tower houses a
magnificent 35-bell carillon, a beautiful figurine
movement and an illuminated clock, all imported
from Germany! Before striking the hour, and
on each quarter hour, the clock sounds the 5-bell
Westminster chime.
At Noon, 3, 6, and 9pm each day the Glockenspiel
plays several selections which are immediately
followed by figurine movement depicting the
legend of the Pied Piper of Hameln.
