Background
These institutions, which specialize in certification,
job search support, and information processing, are all
part of the Risshisha Group. A variety of courses have
been established, ranging from business, information
processing, travelling, and fashion to animal care, and
as a genuine comprehensive business school, we are
cultivating students who will be capable of meeting the
needs of a new era. The academic performance records
of the class that graduated from our specialized courses
in March 2015 show that 99.12% found employment at
private companies, and that 27.32% found employment
at publicly listed companies.
The greatest features of these schools are the seminars
they offer. Students are divided up into groups of 6–8
students who try to solve problems by teaching and
challenging one another. By not only learning on their
own but also engaging in an enjoyable discussion with
their friends, students are able to develop Japaneselanguage proficiency and skills for communication,
